I'm not sure if one can rate happiness on a scale of anything than binary. It is like love. Either you love or you don't love. You're happy or you're not happy. The few things that does irritate me does not affect my happiness. Just my opinion.
But as for me, I'm a happy chappy. I'm satisfied with my surroundings, I have what I need and sometimes even a bit more. What more can I ask for.
Thank all the Gods and all those around you with smiles and spread that positive energy and guess what that is happiness to me.
Honestly Jim, why worry, when we are all going to disappear on this planet and never know when?

I am a pretty happy person and I believe that you control your own happiness.
You come across as a happy person! Keep at it!
I was in PI in March 2013. Had a good time. Went to Puerto Princessa on Palawan. Very nice place! Long trip though.
Keep your chin up! Think positive and I am sure things will get better.
I had excellent parents, my kids and G-kids are the best, I have had great jobs (and lots of pitfalls, too) I have had so-so jobs, I have plenty to eat, a hovel that God gave me to live in that satisfies my needs.
But the best thing was the present of the Holy Spirit that the almighty God gave me and His son, Jesus Christ, too!

I would consider myself optimistic, yet I am unhappy about some aspects of my life just now, also worried about other Health issues which need investigating... I know I should trust more, I would say, 6 to 7. Usually it would be higher. This too shall pass.
for me it countless!! God has gift so much bless.
I have fully recover from my illness,
Can meet you all in here again,
I have good job, life and romance (on process),
I have a good kids who always support me,
I have some goods friends here who always support me,
The last happiest, JESUS is blessing and stay beside me all the time. He guided me to be a good CHRIST.
