Definitely

must be over as then then the friction on the roll allows for easy tear off, under & you end up with way too much

I am an over type person. As for what if I come across a place with no paper,

I usually have lots of pockets, and carry a little supply of multi purpose kleenex.

Hello Jim,

Bill here, you mentioned being outdoors, well I worked alot outdoors, survey crews.... I found the urgency to go to the bathroom was in direct proportion to the distance to the vehicle and the toilet paper,

That was part of the reason I always carried a multi purpose little pack of kleenex,

Abby This has broken up marriages, along with toothpaste tubes not closed...

The Toilet roll must be over... this is an intrinsic law it's importance is greatly underestimated, it must be enshrined into our constitution. Maybe Hilary will do that ?

Abby,

I rather don't go into details. Since I've lived in an Asian country I'm going with a toilet shower, a bidet or when not available wet tissues. They come in single sheets so no headache about the over or under thing.

The under rollers should turn themselves
into the police immediately. Sooner or later they'll be 'flushed out, and the
world will be 'wiped clean' of them. The
whole subject has a foul odor to it, and
all the reason the Supreme Court must rush
to reinstate the Death Penalty in all
states. (Preferablely the gas chamber.)
