When I started, mind, that 20 minutes lasted 2 lifetimes, the house shook, the dog ran and hid under the bed and I was purple at the end. Now don't even break a sweat. Just don't ask me to run up a hill. I am purely zumba fit, everything else still fit-for-nothing
