Why Merrick Garland Must Appoint a Special Counsel to Investigate the Bidens

It is now clear, after the appointment of new attorney general, Merrick Garland, that he must, not may, appoint a Special Counsel to investigate Hunter Biden in public corruption matters that may substantially involve his father.

This is especially clear now that it is known, contrary to his fervent denials, that Joe Biden met with Hunter’s corrupt Ukrainian and Russian clients at least once at Café Milano in Washington, D.C. There are likely more meetings, but once is enough. He also met at length in the White House with Hunter’s partner, Devon Archer, as the two were pitching their services to the corrupt Burisma Holdings, as it was being targeted by a joint UK/US task force. As a result, they scored a deal in which they each received $1 million annually in fees, plus other lobbying and legal fees. More strikingly, an email from Hunter on his laptop states without ambiguity he was paying his father half of his fees. He need do that, of course, only if Joe was in on the game.

Why, you may ask, would this Special Counsel appointment be required if former Attorney General William Barr, clearly on the other side of the political fence, determined that such an appointment was not appropriate? That question answers itself. Barr had no “political connection” with either Biden, and therefore the Special Counsel statute, 28 C.F.R. §600.1, would not apply.

However, there can be no doubt but that Garland has a clear political connection to President Joe Biden. Garland was nominated to the Supreme Court by the Obama/Biden administration. The more obvious, inarguable connection is Biden’s appointment of Garland as attorney general.

The applicable statute requires the appointment of a Special Counsel if there is a conflict of interest:

The Attorney General … will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and

That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney’s Office or litigating division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the department…

Speaker of the House ? "Sounds interesting" He said

D.J.T. appeared Friday on Wayne Allyn Root’s radio show. Root then pitched an idea floated earlier by Steve Bannon to have D.J.T. lead the charge that regains the House for Republicans.

“Why not, instead of waiting for 2024, and I’m hoping you’ll run in 2024 but why not run in 2022 for the United States Congress? A House seat in Florida. Win big. Lead us to a dramatic landslide victory. Take the House by 50 seats,” Root said, according to Newsweek.

“And then you become the Speaker of the House, lead the impeachment of Biden and start criminal investigations against Biden. You’ll wipe him out for this last two years,” Root said.

“That’s so — that’s so interesting,” D.J.T. said.

“Do it! You’ll be a folk hero!” Root responded.

“Yeah, you know it’s very interesting,” D.J.T. said, noting that others have pitched to him the idea of running for the Senate.

“But you know what, your idea might be better. It’s very interesting,” D.J.T. said.

3 term President ????

Is it possible ?
Could it be ?
Can this really happen ?
A first since F.D.R. ?
A blog was written earlier spoofing the possibility of D.J.T. returning to the Oval Office in August.
What if it actually happens ?
What if he actually is reinstated ?
What if because of the nature of the mishandling of the ballot count in the swing states D.J.T. is not only reinstalled as President, but by an act of Congress after the 2022 mid-term elections the 22nd Amendment is repealed and D.J.T. is allowed to run for a 3rd term ?
What if ?

Just musing.

My dear Bloggers

I am experiencing a lot of unrealistic daydreamers on CS. I think the most sane ones seem to be those that read/write here on BLOGS.
No wonder some are looking for years. I don't think the word "Compromise" is part of their vocabulary.

Of course some things have to fit in like, smoker with smoker, drinker with drinker ect. but other things can be sorted out.
Looks like some have to bake their own gingerbread man/woman as that counterpart just does'nt exist.

I know, blogs are written by bloggers, the only reasonable guys about, so just enjoy reading and commenting my dear Bloggers

STUNNING Drone Video of ICELAND VOLCANO Eruption

The ongoing eruption of the Icelandic Volcano Fagradalsfjall in the Geldingadalir valley was one of the most magnificent sights I have ever witnessed in my life. It is hard to put in words but this once in a lifetime drone footage may give you an idea what it feels like to be there.

In my next video I will be taking you on the ground and talk about what it's like to fly drones around a volcano and what you must look out for so you don't crash.

Talking about crashing - have you seen the epic crash into the volcano:

The Democrats’ betrayal of Israel

As presidential press releases go, this one was very short and enormously consequential. Eleven minutes after Israel declared its independence on May 14, 1948, the White House issued a two-sentence statement.

The first said simply, “This Government has been informed that a Jewish state has been proclaimed in Palestine and recognition has been requested by the provisional Government thereof.”

The second sentence made history: “The United States recognizes the provisional government as the de facto authority of the State of Israel.”

It was signed “Harry Truman.”

The president’s decision made America the first country to recognize the new nation and made him a hero to Jews around the world. It also helped make the Democrat Party a reliable ally of Israel for decades as war after war threatened its survival.

Unfortunately, Truman would not recognize his party today.

An anti-Israel faction has taken root among Democrats and was on full display during Israel’s clash with Hamas. Because that faction is largely synonymous with the party’s ascendant far-left wing, more moderate Dems are increasingly afraid to speak up for Israel, just as they are afraid to speak up against the emergence of socialism and anti-white racism in their party.

Even instances of overt anti-Semitism cannot shake them from their silence.

The Dems’ gradual divorce from Israel picked up speed under Barack Obama, who took apology tours to Arab capitals and wooed Iran while giving Israel the back of his hand. Donald Trump flipped the script by embracing Israel, recognizing Jerusalem as its capital and moving our embassy there. Trump also withdrew from Obama’s feckless nuclear pact with Iran.

But now the pendulum is swinging back again as President Biden bends to the radical elements of his party.

The 11-day war that was halted with Thursday’s cease-fire revealed how Hamas has vastly expanded and improved its rocket arsenal. Thankfully, most of the unguided explosives were no match for Israel’s superior offensive and defensive capabilities, but this was the first time the terrorists in Gaza put all of Israel in their rockets’ range.

Prince Harry uses 'freedom of speech' to bash 1st Amendment

Prince Harry has been criticised by some commentators after he described the First Amendment as “bonkers” during a podcast interview last week.

The Duke of Sussex made the comment during a candid interview last Thursday with actor Dax Shepard, who hosts the Armchair Expert podcast.

While chatting about life in Los Angeles – where Harry and wife Meghan Markle have settled since leaving the United Kingdom – the 36-year-old discussed the intense media scrutiny that resulted from his stay at film producer and actor Tyler Perry’s Beverly Hills mansion. He specifically took issue with the paparazzi.

"I don't want to start sort of going down the First Amendment route because that's a huge subject and one in which I don't understand because I've only been here a short period of time," Harry told the hosts. "But, you can find a loophole in anything. And you can capitalize or exploit what’s not said rather than uphold what is said."
