I'm not sure why the Ricky Nelson song Travelin' Man popped into my head. For me, Sunday morning usually means 4 hours at the model aircraft field but we had rain, so I responded to a few customer emails, made some sketches for a client and did some errands.
The rain eased up in the afternoon and radar showed no immediate storms, so I took a quick trip to the flying field.
Since I was the only one there, I was able to get 9 flights that totaled more than an hour flight time... typically, when 8 to 10 guys show up on a Sunday, I only get 1 flight per hour.
Maybe I should rethink and fly in the afternoons. No lines, no waiting.

Back to the song... I can't get it out of my head right now, so I did a little research.
Throughout musical history, there were songwriters and artists who performed their songs. Why? Lots of reasons. some songwriters were older, perhaps their looks weren't marketable, so they would have a young handsome semi-talented performer who would become famous and both the songwriter and performer would get rich!

Travelin' Man was the perfect example. Written by singer-songwriter and record producer Jerry fuller who wrote the song with soul singer Sam Cooke in mind. As fate would have it, Cooke's manager wasn't impressed with the song and the demo passed into the hands of Ricky Nelson who recorded the song. Released in April 1961, it was on the 45 with Hello Mary Lou. Both songs were considered to be on the "A" side as many had an A and a B, this was a double A. Nelson was a success with Travelin' Man reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Short song with simple lyrics, it was about a world traveler who had a girlfriend in every port he visited. 2:24 in length. Probably like his women, he got in and got out!

God gives thinking and thoughts to man,animals do not have thinking.
Thinking good need to be with according of the will of God.
If your thinking is not in according with the will of God, your thinking is not good so it will lead you to sin
and do bad and so you will have suffering as result from it.
So read bible and learn from God how to have your thinking in according the will of God.
Man has free will to choose: Good thinking or bad thinking.
Good thinking will lead to life and happiness, bad thinking lead to suffer and death.
So man has to be careful with thinking,speaking and doing.
Think good, speak good and do good,not think bad,not speak bad and not do bad.
There are so many people:don,t care about thinking,speaking and doing, they freely think bad,speak bad and do bad: so as result from it the shall have sufferings,death and hell, if they don,t repent and improve.
Thinking good helps to believe and obey God. thinking bad lead to disbelieve and disobedient to God and so evil will attack.
Thoughts have the greatest power,so you have to be careful.
Pure heart will make man to see God.
So healthy mind and pure heart works for the benefit of all members of the being of man.
You mind have eyes of wisdom.
Your heart have eyes of love.
So be careful to not corrupt your mind and your heart with bad thinking and bad words and bad doing.
God is Graceful, he gave to man freely many gifts with pure mind,pure heart and other members of body
and the soul-spirit.
There is two things:Good Power and evil power.
Good power lead to good thoughts,good words, good deeds. evil power lead to bad thoughts, bad words
and bad deeds.
So you need Good thoughts,good words and good deeds.
You need God,so is needful to believe and obey him to be saved from sin and from evil.
and so to be with God forever.

Skipping the usual Vierk bombast, just the facts Ma'am. So---
Lean, large cuts of meat, fish, with some animal fats, and colored (fresh/frozen) veggies, along with fruits (nuts), seem the best choices. Soy, dairy, grains of any sorts, especially wheat products---not so much. No processed anything, and no sugar, especially Fructose---deadly "fruit syrup". Add in lots of good water and plenty of walking (as if in search of the next mammoth or deer), and bingo!
Now, personally, I'd like to see corroborating evidence from the biological study of living tribal folk, as in the Amazon, or SA and the Southern Darkie Continent, and elsewhere with free living populations, along with lots more from public health research, but I'm buying it all without such.
Doubt it? Just look at that beautiful smile, tall stature, healthy face and head of hair. Don't only take my words for it.
