Ok, wow, I really thought I was popular for once in my life. LOL. I logged on this afternoon and seen I had 44 comments not on 1 blog, but all my blogs. Then I thought, is it April fools? Guess it was just a computer glitch. Or it could have been the pre curser to yet another imbalance in the earths atmosphere. Yes in CA we had another earthquake. 5.7, up near mexicalli. Felt it all the way in Torrance. More like a rolling motion, better then the ones that Jolt and Shake.
So will I ever get the point of having 44 comments on my blog? The highest count is 21. I don't know if I'll ever become popular by demand. LOL. Ok, just wondering if anyone had the same count on their blogs. Yes I notice just about everything. If there are typo's I catchem and I make a funny out of it.

change is constant-tho often hard to notice.
life may be seemingly still-yet time is marching on.

as i dont notice until im in the crosswalk
and the cars are honking at me
that there has been shift and i must get into the flow,
the current thats carrying my life to destination.

things are happening, there are signs.
im so grateful i have come to understand
that my reading of signs can be so skewed.

my kids are marching on-the eldest just turned 31.
thats a head scratcher-lol-how can we be the same age?

my dear friends show signs of age-
tho i know these things happen regardless of age-
too many embroiled with cancer, other things-
things that happen to grown ups only-...

the opportunity to feel so many feelings
for people i love is a gift.
the chance to pray and think of others incessantly-
it helps the time pass w/o putting myself under the microscope.
so in some strange way-im actually exercing faith on all fronts,
accidently-accidentally becoming more selfless.
and definitely more peaceful. ;^ )

doing what im commissioned to do-
this is the result-growth, time passing.
and it not crawling because im not
turning each moment over in my hand,
rather im carried along in the flow thats intended
for all of our lives.

I like to read the blogs and the forum stuff and once in awhile I will see a pretty woman and I will click on their profile. I do that because I am a man and I like looking at pretty women no matter what the age is. I will not do anything inappropriate nor will I contact them unless I have something innocuous to say because I am a devout Christian and besides, in reality, the only "young women" that are wanting to know all about me are the scammers! AND they ain't women!!!!

Tonite I clicked on a profile and it said, among many things, that she is a Christian and that she likes to wear lots of perfume! I was going to comment on both because she was leaving her current home (GOD bless you on your journey) and she was inviting an interested male (Certainly not me! But good fortunes in your quest.) and last I was going to tell her how much I really enjoyed smelling lots of perfume on a woman. I like lots of perfume on a woman and I will approach total strangers and I will compliment them. When I clicked to e-mail her it said I was blocked! I gotta kick outta that! Young lady, you have missed out on a heartfelt compliment and a blessing! But that's ok because I am asking GOD to bless you anyway!

No, I am not publishing her name because I don't like to be embarrassed and I don't embarrass anyone. And definitely no offense taken! Because since she is a Christian GOD will speak to her anyway! Amen!

this blog sure is getting out of hand to you people that i new on this sight some of you changed and not for the better for the worse bad if you really don't even know someone and you only have bad things to say don't say anything at all it makes you look like the loser that you are and remember say what you want about love not working but i know love is real on this sight

I've spent time here on connecting singles a few times over the past few years . I check the ratings on my photo's and have a good chuckle . I have had offers to go out with a few on here but they never seem to materialize. So last week I'm working away on my construction job as my daughter texts me . her best friend's Mom saw a pic of me on facebook and she had heard I was single. My daughter's phone rang twice that day for me to get a hold of this Lady . By the way , any guy would love to be with this woman . She has done photo shoots , tanning competitions and as beautiful as I always remembered . She is age 51 and looks like she's not a day over 30 . I took her on that date this weekend and she has been my favourite date of my life . It seems we weree each others dream date and one neck of a good match . Our daughters just can't believe they never thought of this before . She took the time to make us a very romantic dinner for two and we shared the couch holding one another and watching a good movie . I left her home last night and missed her as I walked to mycar . I guess she did also , as she ran uo hugged me one last time and gave me a few more kisses. I told her on facebook just how I felt and she says she feels the same . I even asked her if after all she's been through with cheaters and all , if she still believed in love and marriage ? She smiled and said yes I do . She has invited me to be her date to a wedding 2000 miles away in October and I said of course. She has the makings of a future wife for me in her loving and caring ways . So do yourselves a favour and when you make a promis to go out with one of these members, why not just keep that promise and show up . You just never know what your in for. There has been one Lady here writing to me but she's too far away . One very good heart she has , I can feel it in her writing...Singleguy49 ( no longer )

Again I look to you, the reader for advice....

How does one help somebody that knows he has a drinking problem? He wants to help himself and yet doesnt have that strength..

He lost his 7 year old boy to a sudden illness..4 days before his little boys birthday..I know what pain he is going through, as I too lost my little boy..but I thank God that I never turned to the bottle for comfort.

this man has such a good, kind, loving and gentle nature when not drunk or drinking..he is the kind of man that a girl could be proud of..if he wasnt drinking..

I really like this man..he, to me, is a good man..would i want to make a life with him..in this frame of mind...NO..but id like to try and help him find himself..maybe help him onto the right path and in time he too can find piece within...

Am I wrong in standing by a person that i see no future unless help is given? Im confused as to how I should work through this with him..because I do believe that it must come from his side first..he knows he has a drinking problem and he wants to stop..but just doesnt know how..

15 years ago i went through the same kind of thing with an x of mine..he hid the fact that he had a drinking problem so well that when i moved in..I was still very much in the dark..but as time went on..it came out..I tried to help ..we split..he got involved again..they had a fight while he was drunk..he took the gun and shot himself..how does one live with that thought??

I dont want to see another good man...turn to nothing!!!

The first impression I had when I joined this site was the games. I could search for my Mr. Right while I played the games. Games were my focus when I got online here. I did not know how to write a poem not even a blog. I tried to write the first poem and blog, until now I still try and try

To all of the guys who are interested in their special lady who lives overseas. Will you travel to meet her? Or will you be forever mailing her back and forth, chatting her up without making a move?

Hmmmmm, if so, I find that to be a lack of interest and a lack of seriousness, really. If you don't act now, you'll definitely lose her. Someone else will come along and steal her from you. Have you thought about that at least once? You won't want to miss your once in a lifetime opportunity to be and live with the love of your life, would you?

Ok, I quite understand the expensive price of the travelling tickets, but somehow you'll have to save money to buy one or get a small loan from the Bank for the sake of your love for her. Would you do that?
