StressFree: Well lights, both sides cheat. The FBI could not find anything that would connect Acorn and voter fraud. It was just some stupid mistakes by individuals who wanted to earn extra money by getting more registered voters. I would not rather get into who cheats and how they cheat because it's pretty much been going of for a long time. It's who can cheat better and get away with it...like with the election of 2000 and 2004.

The new world is not here btw...I'm not promoting Socialism, just elements of it.

Everybody has a lot to learn about the world and themselves. It's just not 18-29 year olds btw...That's why we are here, to live and learn.
Be cool lights. I'm done with this thread.
Oh yeah-be cool while you lie about the 2 elections being stolen. There are 12 states where ACORN is being investigated.

newlife09: Ahh, yes...another anonymous letter making the rounds through in-boxes of the conservative minority making them "feel good".

That was no more written by a teacher than by a leprechaun. A leprechaun with poor grammar, at that.

BebeII: The majority of Christians are hypocrites now? Get real Jenea-America was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and over 80% of the population professes to be Christian-they are the MAJORITY.

According to the poll, which came out today, the percentage of Americans who define themselves as Christian has dropped from 86 percent in 1990 to 76 percent in 2008.

In one of the most dramatic shifts, 15 percent of Americans now say they have no religion -- a figure that's almost doubled in 18 years. Americans with no religious preference are now larger than all other major religious groups except Catholics and Baptists.

"What seems to be happening is there is a decline in what we might call traditional brand loyalty to the old denominations, specific churches," said Barry Kosmin, a principle investigator for the American Religious Identification Survey. -

You only have opinion as usual. Nothing will come out of ACORN...they've been investigating ACORN for years...

rolling on the floor laughing Our laws are based on J-C values-deal with it. 76% is a majority and you may want to pay attention to the line "a decline in the old denominations" as a clue.

It's a trend given the data. One can reasonable assume that the trend will continue. I've spoken to many American who are in their 20's, and I've not really met too many that believe in God or are religious. I'm not arguing the Judicial system or discrediting Pilgrims'Puritanism and how they influenced America through all these years.

Republicans and Religion are progressively diminishing. The data proves this.

Republicans and the religious are two different things. Keep in mind that relying on the younger generation is faulty as many baby boomers were also secularists in their youth, but changed their minds later. The 20 somethings you speak to may be a self-selecting group based on who you hang out with. Assume nothing.

You have no evidence to back your stance that a significant number of baby boomers were secularists . The world is much different today as opposed to when the baby boomers grew up.

As far as the rest, times are changing. Sometimes change is good, and sometimes that scares the establishment, sometimes for the better. Sometimes. The world certainly needs change, I do not believe anyone in this topic would argue that. Rather than side with emotional/aged/sustained attachments and beliefs in one way only, solutions are rather gathered from all parts of human experience. It's time to start culling the human experience and forming new directions for global change. Governments and religion have proven ineffective throughout history but to get us deeper and deeper into bigger messes. Is there a consensus of direction for this? No. Should there be? IMO, for the sake of the human race in the long term, Yes. Rather than argue with each other over microcosmic points, time would be better served in furthering solutions. Until that takes place, only shouting into voids and the incessant breeding of apathy will continue.

I think I said before that the world is always changing, no? Some things are eternal though-like human nature. You have no evidence either sf, just an opinion based on how you see things. Keep your personal comments to yourself.

Awesome postthumbs up cheers

"If you're not part of the solution, they you are part of the problem" - forgot who said that lol

I'm always stressfree. I just told Conrad to shut up in a sarcastic way. He just takes the majority of a lot posts and labels people.

I've posted the evidence with data that was researched. I don't recall you ever confirming your opinions with research and facts.

If you want more respect, you're gonna have to work harder for it and add sharp teeth to your outdated opinions.
