TC, it's been a long time...I miss you, babe...Friend is doing better, for now, but I knew she wasn't long for this world, when I met her.....

Had a 3 hr appt with one of my old dears today, got to her house she has gone into hospital - but should be out by the weekend.
Rang office, got re-allocated another client, he wasn't there, had not been feeling well and his son had taken him to the doctors!!
Rang the office, told them to log me off, going home.
Stopped off to pick up bread 2 mins from home, driving my 17 yo car as my son has borrowed by 'new' 8 yo car to use the tow bar, BLOODY BATTERY WENT FLAT and wouldn't start.
Called roadside assistance, got me started. Told me son to keep out of my way until the steam has stopped coming out of my ears.
Apart from that it is a beautiful day one that makes you feel good to be alive.

Can't say we can boast about having a decent Summer this year infact I'll go as far to say we have been cheated!! ok we had a reasonable May/ early June but still now we are in the thick of our summer we should all be Sunning it up with our shades and Suntan lotion out!, instead I'm moping about the office with a shirt and jumper on while everyone outside is having to use umbrella coats and deal with drizzling rain......NOT GOOD!!!!

The divorce is a big relief...but I have been emotionally divorced from him for a very long time and the same for not living with him...
I moved on a long time ago.....he held this part up, but finally got it through....

I think so, too....want to visit with some friends from all over the place...but gotta keep time open for my daughter...she is pregnant and due the end of the year...she wants me there ahead of time....so may be in Colorado for the winter....got a fella there that I want to meet while I'm at it...lol
