Hamas won't be submitting it's fighters to The Hague , nor will Israel be handing any Hamas fighters captured over for any war crimes tribunal . Israel has the right to defend it's self . Maybe if Israel didn't take away the running water and electricity and give them only a few hours a day, for years now, they would not feel so oppressed that they need to fire rockets with the frustration. Rockets that are detonated before they even land mostly, by the great defense systems Israel has in place.
Palestinians have nothing but oppression, and America will not help them because Israel pays their wages.
Where is the morality?
We can all help by sending love and peace to the whole region, something I think you will have great difficulty with Conrad, luckily there are many other souls on this planet with empathy and compassion and intelligence.
Any other country that is so aggressive and oppressive would have sanctions placed against them at the least.

The problem with Israel is that it is a nation fuelled by hatred,
The Zionists believe the world hates them, therefore they hate the world. They believe that because they were persecuted historically that they have the right to persecute.
This belief is false, nobody hates Jews, nobody hates Israel, but EVERYBODY hates injustice and persecution and forcing people to live in poverty and oppression, as Israel does to the Palestinian people and have done for years and years, yet everyone turns a blind eye. America feels it can invade Iraq, for what?? To save them?? no, turns out its just for oil.
Why save Palestine??? they wont, for they have nothing of value to usurp.
Prayers alone will help.
Pray for the Palestinians and also Israel, that they may see that they are all one and the same people.

The entire History is so complicated... It is their land, not the Israelis and yes, the Israelis supported Hamas as a more suitable and pliable alternative to the P.L.O. Yasser Arafat etc., It reminds me very much of how the US supplied Sadaam Hussain with Ammunition and then, when it suited took over a Country, with American soldiers who had no respect for the Islam, [werent taught] the language, the heritage, the culture. Women were searched etc,innocent women who would have been shamed by such an act

I think Israel striking so hard at Hammas is like Ireland situation up to recently where we tried to get our country back from the British. Now I am a pacifist, but the British Government could have come in and bombed the north of Ireland [which they took from us ] to pieces, especially after some of the IRA atrociites visitied by them upon the British people. They didnot however, as this would have been War and a very unfair war, a huge Body like UK against innocent civilians, because of a small section of Republican radicals. The same is happening in Gaza except the Irsraeli s are not being stopped or even given a hard slap by US, the Condemnation is very subtle and politcally correct..Meanwhile innocent little children and their parents Die.

well, I bloody well hope that's wrong, but if its right it doesn't surprise me, and is another reason why the US has not stance but defending Israels right of defending itself by bombing hospitals and families. Hamas was created because Israel has not stopped in taking more and more land, people in Palestine were displace from their homes of centuries and forced into refugee camps and have had electricity and water denied them. It has been oppression that has been ignored and unhelped by the world community except for a little bit of media in times like this when Israel starts blowing them up. This started because 3 Israelis got abducted and killed, no one knows by whom, the investigation was not allowed to conclude before a Palestinian boy was blatantly burned alive by isralis and another boy was beaten by Israeli police.
So it is fairly obvious that this is a crisis state of persecution and oppression on the Palestinian people, let alone the lack of freedom in moving about and the lack of services deliberately denied to the Palestinians by the oppressive Israeli overlords.
Why were they given this land???? WHY WAS ISRAEL CREATED????? To let them be hateful to people in retaliation for their own history of persecution??? God and Abraham must surely be so disappointed in the lowly natured race that are supposed gods people. And they will surely not inherit the earth, if they believe their own bible words of man, the meek shall inherit the earth, then it shall not be Israel.
