You are speaking real world, not Bible Fantasy. High infant mortality still exists in many countries where women do not get natal care. Real world, we know from DNA exams that there were at least 6 women serving as Eve in different parts of the planet.

Who knows?... Now as a Christian, all that concerns me, is the biblical history as it is written, for this go around on earth, to have the knowledge of the old covenant as we know it to be and to have Jesus Christ as Savior in this new covenant.
