It's frustrating! I'm working almost around the clock every day, a lot of my co workers tested positive for Covid, but symptoms or not, I need to go to work. I work in a residential setting with teenagers and young adults with mental health issues and a criminal background. Currently working in the quarantine group with positive tested boys. I'm sick and tired about the whole Covid situation...------ This thread is Archived ------

Oh dear, it must be very worrying, working under those circumstances, it's very selflessgoing to work knowing that those young people have it.

Oh forevermore, Molly. Life really throws some heavy responsibilities our way, doesn’t it? Take care of yourself. There have been some U.S. nurses and docs who have/ are refusing to go to work ( different opinions about this abound...) I can’t say how I feel...I’m not in those shoes anymore. That's not an option in Belgium... even when you've symptoms, you need to work. For example one of my co workers has symptoms, and she can get a test on Monday, the results will be available on Wednesday. She need to continue working till she know the results of her test. Even when the doctor advice you to stay home, we can't... all the people in the health and social sector needs to work. Our hospitals are full, it's really dramatic!------ This thread is Archived ------
