I suppose you mean "that God would not do".Well I would make manna from heaven fall once again and feed all hungry.
I would remove all nuclear warheads and netflix too due to too low quaility films.
And I would like him to give ma a Lamborghini + one year free supply of fuel.

I would remove ill-will/bad-feelings from myself and from everyone so that everyone would become good people and live peacefully.Or
At the beginning of the creation, I would have removed that apple-tree so that Adam and Eve would not have been able to eat the apple and neither would have been the beginning of this cruel creation.

H- is the only one that knows the answer to that question. In Judaism, we believe that G-d is continually creating the Universe, even now.
A trite analogy would be, "What if I were the pilot flying that Jet Fighter, in the air, over-head, right now?" Well, the plane would likely crash as it transitioned between one person that knew what she was doing and when you got there and finally figured out what the heck you were doing! And oh my! I didn't realize the pilot was a woman!
Similarly, I would posit that the Universe would "crash!"
Why? Because "Track16," when he looked into the "ladies" changing rooms, he'd find out that it was all of the individual "females," of all species, of all inhabited planets, in all of the Universe. And at the same instant in time, he would be absolutely horrified to discover that he was no longer human, nor male! It would likely take eons for him to "rediscover" his new self, 
and may never get over the incident of the "Lady's Changing room incident." 
That's one way we know that G-d is much wiser than we are. :)

Probably nothing. Rejecting the powers of a god is at least one reason why I opposed lockdown, the other reason being the law of unintended consequences. I wouldn't want to disturb the chemistry because if the world did get any better we'll be looked back on as hideous buffoons. Every generation is waiting to be shown that it is an idiot by the next. I don't think I'd even go back and undo lockdown. I wouldn't undo what the masters of the universe did because no one knows what the future would bring. They already say that lockdown has aged the brains of teenagers prematurely but what if that were to become a blessing? What if they were the beginning and only the beginning of 40 is the new 40? The end of 90 is the new 62? What if they were to lift us from the velocity of an aging and infantilised world into the achievements of the future?
