Excessive attention to cleanliness denotes a need for control. People like this send up a red flag in the relationship department for me. Being clean is one thing. Being obsessive about denotes that eventually, you'll feel the need for me to be "cleaned" up...

I should try to make my bed every morning.. doesn't always happen though... can't understand really, cause it only takes about 1 minute..
.... my room is kinda my haven, which I can have a bit messy if I feel like it... otherwise.. other rooms are clean and tidy... Actually I was away for the weekend.. just back and my room could do with a tidy right now.... reeaaaally don't feel in the mood..

I'm not really OCD about housework...definitely not a clean freak, but it does have to be tidy and neat. The kitchen and my bedroom are the two cleanest rooms in my house...those I am a bit compulsive about...

I make up the bed as soon as my feet hit the floor.

I also shine my shoes, wear colored socks, wash dishes after each meal.
Figure I am the one that has to live here so why would I want it to be a mess.... Don't care what anyone else thinks, I like it clean and neat for me.

I didn't used to bother...used to have the philosophy that I'm just going to mess it up again that night.
However, since I've remodeled the house and my it's now my Master Retreat, I like to make the bed every morning. I like to see it looking the relaxing retreat it is...a little Moroccan inspired, and it needs the decorator pillows on it to have that full effect of a boudoir.
If I'm running late, I'll skip it, though. I'm not compulsive about it.

nope, i sure dont make it every morning...I make it once a week when i wash the bedding...oh also if i know "someone" is coming over...no worries that doesnt happen often..

It usually gets made each morning. Like someone else said, if I didn't then the cats fur would be on the sheets.
Also, since my parents have a tendency right now to drop by while I'm at work (they're helping me paint the house) then it's a little embarrasing to not have my bed made (the side entry leads straight into my room).
Hopefully soon I'll get the treadmill moved into the garage so my room can go back to having the "boudoir" feeling.
