To poets

Sing a song of living,
Sing a song of love,
Sing a song of friendship,
Here and everywhere.

Troubles all forgotten,
Feelings all set free,
Friends, I'll join the chorus,
Joyful and sincere.

Let these quiet moments
Give us great relief,
Sorrows be forgotten,
Join in common glee.

Friends, this little corner
Is a place we need.
Welcome all who join us,
Stay with us, don't flee.

Nice sentiment Marikia. I think there is a sense of community among the "poets" on here. Some strive for technical mastery and others just want to express their thoughts in a lyrical way. And it is our little corner.

Thanks, dears, your comments are very nice. I feel much confidence when reading them. When sentiments are concerned, Ladybee, I may find myself lost in their maze, hence a little confusion when rendering meaning.
