Voices Revisited

Many years have since passed
When voices I did hear
Stirring, nagging constantly
Giving me no peace

Far from the path had I drifted
Away from truth and right
Cold of heart and spirit mean
A rock onto an island

And yet with voices speaking loud
The one with quiet whisper
Pierced the heart and stirred the soul
To bring light, life eternal

This voice so quiet did bring forth
Into the light it dragged me
Showed me what was all around
And the life I was missing

Love does have the capacity of sneaking unawares, when you least expect it, its quiet whisperings produce heartbeats louder than thunderclaps, one can hear them from distances far away. Love doesn't recognize any geographical boundaries. Listen carefully and do not mind things you regard as obstacles. Very encouraging indeed. Thanks for sharing.bouquet
