Shameful Hypocrisy

Scenes playing out in the darkest parts of my vanity
Self serving enough I wonder in some great fantasy
Had become lost enough in you would lose too my sanity
Intrigued more than mystery I sought out your ecstasy
Resting my head peaceful in your cuddled humanity
You never left me disappointed with your sextasy
But when love devolved from beauty into mere profanity
I felt ashamed to have committed some great apostasy
Awash in the guilt of some strange crypto Christianity
Struggling for the right words to explain my hypostasy
I ran away as far I could from such slumgullian organity
For now, anyways, safe without any shameful hypocrisy

About this poem:
Along the epic journey in 'hot' pursuit for truth and love..... :))
It would seem that finding one person for a long lasting monogamous relationship is really more puritanical than our natural being.

I can see where you are coming from with this Yankee. Your point about being 'more puritanical' is very interstingcheers

Now this is truth with a verbal twist Yank. "Slumgullian organity." You're gonna have me thinking about that phrase all day now. Very creative with a number of truths and quite memorable..angel professor wine
