Hear but not listen to all people say, Brave the darkness of the shadows in the day, Then, you’ll be able to sort the blurred from the stark, Find the light that’s hiding in the dark, The needle in the hay.
Do the best you can, To fairly regard your fellow man, Look for good, when others say it isn’t there, When they walk away, if, you resolve to stay and care, Then, when all is set, and looks to fail, The chances are you will prevail, And the darkest of days will turn out fair.

About this poem:
Sorry about the title....lol....Not advice...lol....Have a brilliant day...Andrew...xxx
Hi, andrew149, Find the light that’s hiding in the dark is a worthy goal; for, certainly, it is there else we must create it.

Hi Andrew,
Some sage advice here. As the Bard himself put it: "I do all that becomes a man/He that does more is none". Not sure that exactly fits the sentiment of your poem...I just love the quote.
Anyway you have an uplifting message here. Thanks for sharing it.

Thankyou renbudiezz, yep that's me....Upbeat in outlook and life.....Kindest regards....Andrew...xxx
Its so hard to do sometimes what you say....and to live a good day is to forgive others and forget about all your worries ...to feel the breeze in your face and see all the wonderful boundless life that surround us and walk on....

dear friend always ur words mindful and smart,ur mind is rare really, thanks for u
I know you didn't mean it as advice, but it's very good taken as such. It does feel a little old fashioned yet it is all yours too. I like to 'fairly regard my fellow man' and give him all the chances I can, still some just keep digging there own dufuss hole! I really like the rhythm you've created and the rhyming is natural, coola boola
