Oftentimes we can be our own worse critics.

People with low self esteem and poor self image are taught that by abusers. Be it emotional or physical abuse.

What is sad though many often project their anger and frustration onto others not associated with the abuse.

The worse we do is attack ourselves and impose self guilt and feelings of unworthiness to be loved and cared for.

Overall, Abby do consider you are loved and accepted by many here. Nevertheless, it's better to have one or two loyal friends than 100 empty shallow ones.

I have a website to publish the benefits of medicinal plants and obtain them for free. They are located in the valleys or desert and when the plant appears. I live on the recipes of my grandfathers and grandmothers. We eat wild plants for food and medicine. At the time of its appearance and we use it in treatment, I read your profile and knew that you are a vegetarian and live on herbs. I loved that and would love to know your site on poetry so that we can learn from your experience and enjoy your beautiful creativity. From your words I knew that you are creative and beautiful. Life has goals, and the beginning of a goal is a dream. Most importantly, it is not a mythical dream that cannot be achieved. But if the dream is realistic and achievable, we must make it a goal and try to achieve it, even if we cannot. This is the writer's point of view. His gaze was deep and he summed up the words brilliantly. When a person chooses the right path and endures the pain here, whoever follows this path will be crowned with success and happiness, his suffering will be reduced, and his memory will be remembered with goodness. But if he takes the wrong path, he must admit it publicly so that whoever follows this path is not destined for failure and pain, and he is also reminded of the good. If he does that, he knows that he took the wrong path in his life and does not admit it, so he misleads those who follow him and is the cause of his failure and misery. He will be remembered with evil and cursed be he who follows the same path. This is the essence of life: recognizing the truth, whether good or bad
