Sure would have been funny to see
This narrow path, rocky and steep So hard to travel on Legs aching and feet so sore They're all covered in blisters I look to the left and a highway I see So wide, smooth, and inviting Tempted I am to jump across To ease my journey slightly

I wrote this upon the passing of my father....the questioning of life and death , the curious journey , and the sense of my own mortality......hope you enjoyed. :)
this is a christian poem- talking about each person's value in the sight of God- which is usually far above what people might think of each other based on what they see.
We make choices every day. Our choices affect the very next move we make. God gives us free will to choose- to make decisions and those decisions have good or bad consequences. I need to stop choosing based on temporary feelings and choose instead to walk by faith and not by sight...

dont know how to explain this poem really but i guess what im trying to say is, nothing but heaven is perfect, life is not yet we expect it to be so, likewise to people also.. alittle less expectations and alot more graitude for the blessings we have but might be blinded to by greed for perfection, for wanting it all.
