Moonbeams. (Sonnet) Paloma Challenge.
If we were stars in cosmogyral space,
Lost apart in nacreous endless blue,
To seek, I would like gossamer embrace,
Upon a moonbeam, destination....you.
In reminiscence of your twinkling light,
I'd fall for your aeolian warm rays,
Our fusion to ignite the lonesome night,
As showers of stardust calm our fiery blaze.
Together we could disappear through time,
To float in ataraxial deep love,
Like poets entwined in pure celestial rhyme,
In Heavens reverence 'mid stars above.
Drifting through soft moonlight psiturism,
Forever lost in dazzling starry prism.

I am not afraid anymore
to accept and embrace what Fate has in store ....
Won’t hesitate anymore
to say and show how much I can love & adore ....
A leap of faith I take, for my whole being
has been marked to its core ....
Your name in me, to keep I swore ....
Never to take for granted
so it goes out the door ....
Like you, I’ll grab this chance
that has come to shore ,
Not willing to lose it,
should it slip away ....
to return no more .....
to accept and embrace what Fate has in store ....

The Carolina Way
She's down there somewhere in the Carolina way
She knows the history of Dixie you know every woman's a mystery
I wonder if she has missed me
Since she's been down there somewhere in the Carolina way
She can cook she can sing
She can make a man feel like a king
She wears a wedding ring
But I only want to know one thing
I wonder if she has missed me
Though it's all still a mystery there's only one thing I can say
Farewell to the lady down there somewhere
In the Carolina way

my love
i am here my love
i have two giant arms to hold you with , my love
when two hearts meet and our two hearts greet
with a love so divine ,that will burn throughout time
my love can make you hotter than the sun
my love will make you wetter than the nile
and with a passion like a million stars burning for a thousand years.
all for you , my love
i am here my love
alone my love
waiting for you my love.
come find me my love
make me thine my love
and we will be together for all time my love
until we draw our last breathe together my love
are you my love?

and find a passion that can split the heavens
and a fire that burns brighter than the sun.
and a love deeper than the ocean.
A memory
Walking down street
I saw you there
I took a peek
You stood so lean and tall
My legs began to shake
I thought please don’t fall
I knew those black eyes of yours
My lips had once kissed your tears
It’s been many years
Who said time cures
Those black eyes as clear as glass
You were always a man of class
The short time that was had
were filled with love and tenderness
Just as our kisses
We let what we once had go
to a beautiful place in our past
As I walk away I smile
I just saw a beautiful memory
From my past
I saw you there

Special
by the way i love
At night alone in my room
I wait out the night
it will be tomorrow soon
Tomorrow will come
then it will go
another night spent
with myself in my room
I have love to give,
this is true
so much love I have
I become unglued
I need a girl to love,
this is no lie
it's not a want or desire

when cut down at the knee
Fear not of my love
it can not hurt you
But time poorly spent
will catch up to you
Time is short

Turning the ash
In the absence of your love
rigid fortune given its due
for now we lack the mettle
to slip the prow
into the citrus night
the vessel no longer sure
of its destination
and plagued with weakness
as time would have it
I recall a time
when the bedpost rang
and fresh were the garlands
in the morning spirit
and lifting with the dew
we would walk the bay
'til the light
played out
and the evening
would have us
no more
Yet let us not swallow defeat
my love
tied as it always will be
as a shadow
turn the ash
turn until
the stem is fresh
reaching upward
ready to embrace
new summer song
