Hands joined, head bowed down,
I stand lonely at the grave,
Where my parents rest,
For one last chance to say "Thanks",
I would free them from the clay.

This is not what you think.
Just emptied emotions that makes me sink.
I had fun, it was one hell of a ride.
I wish I could of count every smile.
There are too many but I carry them inside.
Regrets I leave them behind.
I’m letting go, don’t know what I’ll find.
It doesn’t matter anymore.
So wind kiss my sails and let me leave this shore.
Sorry for the things left undone.
Guess I’ll owe you one…

Lonley tears I do weep, wishing I could find the one I seek. My heart crys, leaving my soul alone to die. My soul wishing to make my heart whole, leaving my sprit in dispare. I stare at the stars surounding lonley moon feeling all this gloom. No friend can fill this hollow hole, that I feel deep in my soul. I sit alone and begin to cry, hope diminishing, dreams fade,Im so tired of this escapade.

Your soul beckons from within,
Lost in the dark is the will to feel,
The abyss welcomes your pain,
Eyes closed and blind to all that is real,
Emptiness fills the remaining spaces,
Hate is revealed in stranger’s faces,
Alone is the word that screams sorrow,
Wrapped in roses the snake lies in wait,
Serenity welcomed, when it’s the end…..

I may not be the girl you want...
Niether the girl you're looking for...
Or a woman whom you want to share your dreams with...
But one thing is for sure...
I am the girl who only wants you...
A woman who loves to looked at you...
Di finitely the girl whose always dreaming to be with you...

Deep down inside
There lies things
About past, and present
Most will never hear
Most will try
But will never find
The secrets
That are down
Deep inside
Things very few
Will ever know
Things that will tell you
Who I really am
They'll remain
Deep inside
Hidden from the world.

Tears in the darkness,
I'm sitting her crying
I can't live without her
My heart is slowly dying
Tears in the darkness
Why did you leave
You were the world to me
The air that I breath
Tears in the darkness
I'm losing my mind
If you look in my eyes
What will you find
Tears in the darkness
Still haunting me
When will my heart
Ever lt me be free

The Moon was once whole and bright,
its surface smooth as silk,
over the milleniums it has cast its light,
watching over mankinds ilk,
During this time it has seen many things,
seeing lovers fall and break,
moons shadow no longer sings,
too many times now seen all the heartbreaks,
To hide its pain it comes in view,
only when the moments are right,
when dark and dull its heartbreaks due,
as it grows with lovers new, its light shines bright,
What we see now scarred upon its life,
is so many hurts and pain,
all the troubles and strife,
as our life spans go, the moon will remain,
We will all soon turn to dust,
time is the moons heartbreak,
having to sit above us to see whats just,
just how much is left with this give and take,
One day it will be all too much its time done,
broken and saddened by its souless life,
all that we will see then is that sun,
the Moon had lived too long without a wife.

About this poem:
Seems some of us will be like the Moon watching and seeing but not partaking, just my view of situations in life without love.

Stars glitter the night sky.
Out full is a blue moon.
Chirps from a cricket's cry.
A forest filled with its tune.
Up high in a tree of pine.
Hoots from an owl so wise.
Lights in the eastern skyline.
Our suns glorious rise.
The dawn of a new day.
Life starts to come awake.
A squirrel comes out to play.
Branches twirl in his wake.
Standing in a sea of trees.
He waits for what he needs.
Dreams! his heart they tease.
His demise they just feed.
Tears flow down his face.
Last nights dark emptiness.
No End! Not a trace.
Another day of loneliness.
Moving on he must seek.
He searches for that which is lost.
Years, months, a million weeks.
He strives on, caring no cost.
He just walks on endlessly.
Atop a mountains highest peak.
Over arid deserts aimlessly.
Across a rivers darkest deep.
Buried deep inside his heart.
Lies a love so rare to find.
Though i'm missing a large part.
Her Heart! For which two bind.
I'll continue along my path.
I've walked it OH so long.
I'll search till I find death.
Till I find that which I long.

About this poem:
This poem is about the journey of a man. A man seeking, love, happiness, companionship, and foreverness. Though, with his tedious journey, numerous sacrifices, he will never find the, true love, that he seeks. For, as is the DoDo, this love is just as extinct.
