"Ghost of Society"

I am the one who lurks in the shadows
Waiting for a passing unlucky fellow
My tone is mellow and my words sometimes hard to follow
As if my mind is made of jello
Wondering around in an open meadow
Yet it is the precision of my actions that prove me to be shallow.

I never chose to be this way
In this dark world i didnt have a say
My mind grew stronger and took over day after day
As i fell down the crack to hell where i couldnt pray
All i could do is treat the world as a theatrical play
And pull its strings till it decay

At times i wish this feeling would leave the inside of me
But i know ill never get rid of it entirely
Ill always be stuck in this family
And ill always be surrounded by my own insanity
Hurting people as far as my eyes can see
Yet remaining in the shadows as a ghost of society.

About this poem:
This poem is about the relation of how my mind works and how i cant stop it. Also it explains how i see the world how i joined a gang at a very young age and now im too deep in to change anything on top of my mental health that always holds me back as well.

My Veggie Garden

Not one to date has escaped their plight
Though God knows they put up a fight

Above the mincer they hung on a chain
While I laughed and slowly sipped champagne

Slowly I dropped them, the mincer was fed
While their screams echo around in my head

Usually stay alive til it reaches their waist
To make sure they did not die in haste

People ask me what is my secret
The veggies I grow are in top condition
I smile and say, ‘blood and bone I use.’
And that I declare is my only admission

Ad Infinitum

Screams of tomorrow
Echo through the jagged existence
Of yesteryear

Tears down the face stream
As the pain of knowledge
Becomes unbearable

Like flashes of lightning
What has been intrudes into now
Tainting perceptions of what is to come

Even amongst this cacophony
Of the celestial orchestra
There are periods of silence

Silence so intense you can hear
The tears of the butterflies
As they hit the ground

And the groan of the Earth
As she picks up her skirt readying herself
For another cycle

In the midst of all this
Sits he quietly
Questioning his sanity

"Common Sense"

What do u see when u look at me
Can u see the hatred behind my soft gazing eyes
Can u see the scars i suffered through the way i walk
Can u hear my thoughts from my charming voice
Or taste the evil in the air when im close by
Can u sense the plots running through my head
What about the way i play in the rain to wash my sins
Or the fear that haunts u when u touch my skin
Can u feel the power within me
When u read this can u answer "yes" to any of it?
If u can then the rest is common sense.

the banshee

she wails to your soul,
the comming of pain,
the black fairy appears,
voice of the undead in the darkness,
waiking through my mind,
pierceing my inner most shell,
bringing the death of you,
pure heart turns black,
i slowly open my eyes,
the nightmare begins,
let me see white,
my soul covers my heart in white,
to stop the rot,
saving it in times of darkness,
the shield of protection,
in black its bound to roam this earth.
forever more,
my soul passes the graveyard of life,
passing through fairyland,
colours a blur,
my heart begins to beat,
searching with the eyes of the undead,
my body numb with pain,
a dusting of light appears,
angel rays appear through the cracks,
darkhorse detects the vampires grave,
leaches sucking whats left,
crossing the undead hell a zombie,
i feel my pulse,
theres hope,
darkhorse rears his front legs,
slowly standing on his feet,
the mood changes,
the banshee heads straight to hell,
with the coachman of death on her tail,
rattling passed two ivory coloured headless,
horses,
leading the carriage straight to hell,
dumping the darkness into a bottomless pit,
locked away in the dungeons,
no more to see light,
i found you love,
dark becomes light,
colours everwhere,
my eyes wide open,
my hands outstretched,
raising them high to the heavens,
no more the fool,
the banshee buried deep,
in protection of my heart,
in the hope she wails no more,
far away a distant thought,
some say she lives in the pain ,
not heavens light ,
barred to the darkness,
were she never sleeps

Traveler

Though I walk through
the shadow of death,
Though icy fingers claw at my chest,
Yea trying to steal my very breath,
I will not rest,
I travel on,
Though all hope of hope is gone,
And things have gone so awful wrong,
I travel on,
Through the saddest of dreary days,
Though the maze is a foggy haze,
I travel on...

The Phantom

The show is over
curtains close

once upon
is over

for those

to go about their darkened streets
tiptoeing
forgetting

the lonely rose

upon the woodened stage
a silence
of crickets echoed

an actor to whom many
secretly loathed

I sat within this smell
of old aged floors

alone happy

he'd gone

wrapped within a cause

like the phantom
he strung his love

covered gracefully
always
crouched from up above

I could not leave
I wanted more

yet took my crumpled letters
stole towards the door

a fleeting glance behind me

a mere shadow
silhouetted with rain

I screamed so hollow
tripping then fell

knowing our story

Yet

who could tell

Blame it on the heart...

This last one left my insides aching,
Head and chest thumping
To the point of breaking,
Bickering about failed relations,
There was a heated conversation ...,
" Wow heart!" ,
My brain had concluded,
"You are so gullible ,
So very stupid..."
My heart beat harder,
Pumping more fluid,
"Up yours brain !,
I know what I'm doing!,
You know it all,
You never listen,
Everything's you say is fiction!",
Answering back my mind was livid,
"Oh and you think you know women?,
I only make calculated decisions,
Based on facts that I've been given,
You just blindly trust and jump,
It's your fault we hurt so much..."

Last Few Seconds

Can you imagine the deafening chanting
As the tears evaporate at the rising of the sun
Your obsession to orchestrate scatters in the wind
And like a caged animal battles with insanity
Sitting there melancholic, sober and thirsty
Empty ladle in hand, waiting, waiting
Waiting to alleviate this all enveloping lunacy

Like a backward origami you unfold from the ground
Arms waving as if scribbling your name across the sky
Is this the highlight of your existence ?
Having grazed so close to insanity , and survived
This dose of so called truth and reality
As the shot rings out, the splatter of blood on wall
And the splintering of here and now
