The room

The chill of the cold bare room
A bench for a bed
No blanket to keep me warm
I try to rest my tired head

the darkness from the world outside through the double square pained glass
The ever lasting night
Cold the room is the constant glare of the light shining bright
Voisces I hear the shouting get me out of here
The slamming of the steel door

The constant chill the basic toilet calling to me to wee in in the thought of some ome glarein watching me starin the feeling of neglect the dirt on the walls the graffiti left by the others that have been within the room before the hatch opens a face appears
Are you allright go to sleep you have along night

The endless chill of the night air
This endless room i can not bare the pain the solitude the isolation for am the only one in the room
Locked away with out the key

Waiting for the morning to come so I can be free and have some fun

Open Secret

I go wild but tamed
Often imagining,motionless.
Romantically shy.
Lustful desire, Not sinful.
Curiousness, manageable and tolerable.
Loving, absolute.
Alone, not lonely.
Wanting more, for normal and usual.
Giving, no reservations nor pretensions.
Waiting....

Surreal Indulgence

My wretched hands upon this page

my eyes weep with slow streaking ink

to not only blot
when my lashes blink

carelessly strewn
a map of veins

No end

the tongue of scathing lather

smashing quills upon this
work

to heavy feet
of heaving words

a challenge within oneself

a scraping measure of crumbs
of doubtless self

oh a bloodlest sight
again the mirror

I brush again

How I miss Dali

Clefts In The Rock

Snow falls softly over quiet meadow
A soliloquy of stillness pervades
My floating thoughts are only an echo
Humanity hesitates and evades

A chilling cold becomes a welcomed hush
Old smile still frozen on its sightless face
Beautiful eyes once filled with tears so lush
Death welcomes all in its muted embrace

Sadly life abandons our greatest Host
A rusted barbed wire strand become our crown
Mankind becoming cold, deaf as a post
Maybe a branch a knife will whittle down

Come gather together my scattered flock
Time to stop hiding 'tween clefts in the rock

About this poem:
A deliberate use of metaphor to protest against the emptiness of violent death......and the complete lack of faith, hope, charity, and love sometimes found in my fellow man in this sometimes desolate world as one would imagine if one could gaze across a barren winter battlefield.

Black Christmas

Black Christmas, is not a time with little children
Hanging out their stockings or about Santa coming down
The chimney pot and delivering presents nor Rudolph
And the reindeers pulling Santa's sled it goes deeper
Than that to the darker side of Christmas, it is a story
Of the homeless and poverty stricken, the people who have
Nothing to look forward to at Christmas time, no Santa,
A time were young and old people can't take life any more
They tell themselves it is time to move on to another
World and they commit suicide as their only release
Yes this is society today, which was created by Governments
And very rich people who are really serving the Devil,
By being selfish and greedy and turning their backs
On society, they forever increase charges on bills
And utility Services, making people go without electricity
To cook with, foreclosing mortgages on people's houses,
Leaving families homeless and destitute, young woman,
Men and children are living on sidewalks, railway stations
And park benches, with no real place to live. Yes this is
Christmas, Black Christmas we are now experiencing, so no
Matter were you live there is no escape from this sub standard
Way of life for these people. The rich enjoy their life and
Could not care less as the governments grease their palms
For re-election Pledges as they both support each other
For the better life ahead. while they are having a turkey banquet,
Some poor soul is freezing to death that have very little
Clothing or a place to keep warm, yes this is indeed
A Black Christmas.

About this poem:
The poem Black Christmas was an unscheduled poem I created in 2012 that was going to be posted in 2013, but I thought it was a topic that needed to be seen by all, as this poem is based on actual fact, and this is actually happening now throughout the world, yes I brought this poem forward and posting it was paramount for today's society, some people may agree with this poem, others may not, I leave the judgement to the poetry fans to decide, it is controversial I know but it is also a true fact of life, so please enjoy Black Christmas.

Kiss of a Vampire!

Kiss of a Vampire!

In the darkness of the night,
I quickly creep into your bed!

I give to you a midnight kiss,
of me, the walking, living dead!

A kiss of immortality, of me to you,
now we are one and wed!

Let us go out into the seamy night,
for a bloody night of gore!

The vampire’s kiss of sucking necks,
of blood letting on the floor!

Then in the night, dark
cemeteries we will explore!

In the belfries, we will turn into a pair of bats,
and hang up, side by side!

When stalkers come with stake in hand
and crosses and garlic around their necks,
to them we will supper glide!

But when the sun creeps out, we surely must
in hidden coffins hide!

I give to you eternal life playing hide and seek
with me,

In a mirror on the wall your face they will never see,

Of course you will be hunted down, a fugitive for life
one from which that you will never be completely free!

With fangs of pain, we will carouse the world
and only stop to enjoy a luscious bite!

Quick, there’s one for you, running wildly to get away,
he screams with never ending fright!

The moon is full, the stars are bright,
Tis a marvelous Vampire’s flying Night!

Let me bite you on the neck again,
my Sweet!

The moon is full and I am so in love with you!

Tis the end of this Vampires tale and
I am locking doors and shuttering windows
and hiding under the bed!

Burr!
A tale on the dark side

THE POSSIBLE------------>

I stumble upon a midnight thought it could be you or possibly me..
Finding my thought before it must drift away oh please stay awhile as I do not want you to go?

Under my pillow lays a dream and I wake with a smile knowing I slept with warm thoughts of you so near wishing I could recap it today for a life together as we feel like more than a dream....

I woke up and saw I was laying alone then when I realize I was in a dream I rolled over and soon fell back to sleep to ponder if you ever even existed to reality of more than a DREAM....

Losing Faith

Embedded image from another site

From a far distance I traced the city outline
Watching it become a shadow as the sun starts to fall behind
I elevate my mind beyond the highest peaks
Thats where temptation wanders and the devil begins to speak to me
Sometimes I listen and other times I glow
Something like a halo but its the noose that tries to break my bones
Searching through the chaos just to find some peace
I try to spread my wings but gravity wont let me leave
I found inspiration somewhere along the interstate
Something about the sunset I know one day will lead me to my grace
I met a woman named Faith but her face I could not see
It was tattooed and scarred with stitches where her eyes once use to be
She wore a tattered white dress yellowing from mold
She opened up her hands and her eyes were sewn into her palms
One showed me heaven and the other one showed me hell
Overwhelming my conscious mind and my soul began to spill
At the speed of thought the dead and broken started pulling me down
Unwilling to let my earthbound body to escape this shaky ground
But if this is my heaven and hell then I have the choice to leave
To separate myself from unholy wars and rewrite the pages of my destiny

About this poem:
I than looked up to the heavenly sky,
but temptation burned my wings before I learned to fly
So then I fell deeply into those quiet somber nights
There I found my heart was blistered and my mouth tongue twisted and tied

Happy Holidays ?

Christmas came and it aint the same ,
I had no Holly ,I had no Ivy ,
No damn Mistletoe , t'was a shame .
Christmas can come,
and it can go ,
But , a new year ?
Oh , what to do .
We all make our promises ,
that we dont keep .
But my promise , keeps me from sleep.
I want this world to end ,
I wish Father Time would take me with him,
Instead of throwing me back down and starting anew?
Whats the point of another year
