I'm a vego but it doesn't really bother me what others eat
Skype is great, firstly, to ensure that the person you are chatting with is the real deal..
But it's not until you are in the physical presence of a person that the dynamics come into play .. how they move, dress, present themselves generally and interact with not only yourself but in a social setting.

I think you can try to figure out by whatever means of communication beforehand if you would have things in common and might want to spend time with that person and even things like would you have a similar lifestyle and ideas about the future - but if you meet and there is no "spark" or you don't even like the person - it happens.
Rogerzoekt: After one experience where after long writing and chatting i thought we figured it all out, the minute we saw each other in real life there was no chemistry at all.
This happened to me on a rather domestic date, but imagine this happens on a date where you flew across half the globe.
the key being that I would not fly across the globe...

Na , dont worry about that Chemistry stuff . Just meet up ,tell each other that your both madly in love ,
Tell or your friends that this is the one , bore them all the time by saying she is beautiful .
Spend £25.000 on a wedding {loans and all sorts }
Then after she leaves ,keep going out getting drunk and become just another loser .

unlaoised: A loan that size is reason enough not to get married. Yikes!

unlaoised: Yea, very true. A bit mad really.
I best start saving for my childrens' weddings...
Wedding Photos can cost Thousand alone . I think it better to maybe the Bride and Groom just visit a Street Artist and get a Pencil Drawing done for a Fiver .
And iff they get Divorced whoever has the Drawing can have the other one Rubbed out and the new partner pencilled in , half the price again £2.50p .

I think we do form impressions of people online.
...but nothing can beat a face-to-face meeting to determine whether there is indeed a connection.
It's a must
