I think most women are better than men at hugs and kisses, maybe because of motherhood.
In India, children sleep with their mother. Some sleep even after 18. And some sleep with grandma.
Due to motherhood, nature has given this quality more to female.

I saw in Hollywood movies that women do not sleep with their baby, she sleeps with her husband, baby sleeps in the cradle.I don't know how much truth is there in this?

The worth of the hug depends on the person. My mother hugged you and you felt safe and comforted. I could hug my dog and feel all the tension slip from me to her. I had a friend, woman, who had that mother hug. Funny thing. Both were heavy and solid. That might help. There are hugs that are fluff. Hugs that are meaningless. Hugs that offer love. But, only a select few people can make the world vanish into a safe haven.

I've been living on my own for the past 17 years, 15 of them in Spain. Had a few encounters, had a few good times, loved that I achieved what I wanted to achieve. Got my little King Charles puppy and she gives more hugs than any man can. So loyal and obedient, just want to please their owner so I would say, get a dog instead
