Much and all as I love dogs, if a dog was barking continuously, I would be fit to murder the owner. A dog that barks all day is suffering from separation anxiety and there are ways to train them out of it. So you will just have to deal with the bottle jangle as payment

Awareness and acknowledgment of that is important.
It is easy to call people who do evil things 'animals', 'monsters', etc. That is a cop-out from acknowledging they are humans just like us, and that evilness is a human trait which is within us all.
