I happen to believe each and everyone of us our the rulers (kings) of our own worlds. When we live those lives with genuine respect for others and for the laws, that is when happiness comes.
Interesting....right after I wrote my response to you Nam, I went up to the next blog by Keys......I think it fits perfectly with what I just wrote to your blog.
I come from a very large family and I have already told all my brothers and sister that I do not want anything after my parents pass. I can see it right now what is going to happen.
The only role I would like to play in the end of my parents' life is that their best interests are fulfilled.
It is something how when your parents or grandparents pass and their life becomes second to one's own self interest.
KN...you bet. I started a new diet and I already lost 5 lbs in the first week and a half. So, for 2015, I want to arrive on the scale with 40-50 less pounds of my baby fat.
Here is my pipe dream....instead of focusing on all this selfish/destructive behavior with the whole planet....if we ALL pulled together to advance ourselves using celestial exploration; hence, increasing our knowledge.
As for your question, "will we ever get there"....I think we will. It might be a few generations from now, but I think some people have a will to make it there. "Where there is a will, there is a way."
Interesting blog....besides war, there are so many other things out there that could destroy our world...or what is on it.
I still take the standpoint, what can we do about it? At this moment, I do not think there is much we can do. So...I am going to focus my attention more on positive things.
But...it is always nice to have insight on the latest in the news.
Lately our winter has been rather mild. It got really cold in mid-November, which you have probably noticed.
I am not sure if you have seen a winter around here (MN/MI) before, but wait until the middle of January....then you will see cold.
As you may recall, last year was brutal. Up north, where I am from, my family told me the high temperature one day was -6 F. It looks like I picked the right time to move out of there.
This is the time of the year I am somewhat elated I am single....lol. No more visiting her side of the family...even though they really were not all that bad. But...I get to save some cash.
RE: what to do?
Nia:You may want to consider chasing those rich women yourself...so there are no men left?
