I only use special suncrean recommended by a dermatologist..it doesn't contain any of the chemicals mentioned.
But only use it for the face and try to avoid the sun.
Only use coconut oil which doesn't contain any filter.

Walk on the beach with the dog...piano playing...Nice films on TV...and...maybe some friends visiting and some karaoke later in the evening.

Biff...like Merc..I use coconut oil on my hair but...that's not all..

Here's my secret for keeping my hair long and thick..and shiny:

I mix equal parts of coconut oil..aloe Vera (fresh from my plants which I whisk)..and some neem oil...and add some lemon juice for preserving.

Once a week I rub some of the mixture on the roots..and the ends and leave it for about one hour before shampooing it.

I only use a very mild shampoo ...preferably some baby shampoo.

Then when the hair is dry I put a bit of oil all over to keep it shiny...and voilà...till next week.
