Hello..I don't think it has anything to do with nationalities as there are good and bad people everywhere and in the virtual world maybe even more so. One has to be able to discern.
Another factor to consider is there are always 2 sides of a story. ..3 even. His side..her side..and the truth.
Also... you need to exchange a few emails in order to find out about a person. Before judging American women you need to meet some all over the world and need to kiss many frogs before finding your prince/princess.
Making "unwise" choices and being afraid to repeat the same pattern is part of our life lessons I´m afraid.
However, first we need to heal our own demons so that we can attract different kinds of people in our life. e.g. if we have "abandonment" issues, we will keep attracting others who will reflect this to us. If we´re putting ourselves in the role of "victim", we will keep attracting rescuers and vice versa.
I have never blamed anybody for any relationship that didn´t work out and have always been self aware. For me I tend to look at it on a spiritual perception - "this was definitely a karmic relationship", "I learned my lesson"," it wasn´t meant to be forever and now it´s time to move on.." - and I´ve ALWAYS forgiven and cut ties in order to move on.
On the other hand, I´ve known people who keep bringing up their ex and have anger and resentment issues.
I don't need an escape as I don't watch the bad news and all the fear mongering and don't get involved. I watched nice animal documentaries instead and comedies.
And of course my outdoor life...walking with the dog...beach..swimming..
Blue..since you're already an organ donor you could always approach the CIA and tell them to take you to Area 51 and offer yourself to the reptilians for experimental purposes where they'll fiddle with your organs and your DNA.
Alternatively you could ask to be abducted and have implants put in you for mind control?
Robert..sorry for snapping at you but I was surprised at your comment that's all. Since you're a great story writer I thought you would be good at charming the ladies and could write more than one sentence in an email to attract her attention.

To Robert. .your approach when writing to a woman is exactly what I get nearly every day and I don't even bother to reply. When I do I also tell them to read my profile..and also my blogs...as this is what I wrote in my profile.
If a man can't be bothered to read and quote something I said in order to show some interest...then I can't be bothered to reply either!
You've also got to wonder how many women has he approached with the same line???
We all have the capacity to learn throughout our life but it does become harder as you get older. Both for brain function and muscle memory.
Regarding having options...This applies for conscious learning such as driving a car..learn a new language for example. But we also learn things every day such as acquiring new knowledge without conscious effort.
