I believe that the only solution is to have a health care system much like Medicare...but the cries of Socialism..and the push back from insurance companies and big Pharma...will never let that happen.

I have to go to work...and see many deplorables...
I remember how everyone hated Obama...and he was not born in Hawaii...despite the birth certificate...
I voted for Obama the second time...
I liked his health care bill.
That came after watching people putting chemo treatments on 10 different credit cards...And, since I was lucky, and had good insurance, I did not have to do that...
I also worried the million dollar limit...and, what I would do to continue his treatments...
He died before I had to face that...
The only thing that most complained about was that it was mandated....When in reality, it was doing the responsible thing.
In a country as willing to spend money...we should have health care for all..
From the younger people who I talk to who have always voted Republican....They will most likely NOT ever vote for a Republican again....why, you ask..The right to lifers...who do not respect a woman’s right to choice.
Some only have sons..and realize that as a country that is a step backwards...
Why do you think the Democrat party leaked the ruling early? And, at a time that shootings were taking place in the schools...Think..to make the face masks much less important..than the safety of their children.
Also, the FBI going into Trump’s home...it made the Republican’s do just as they always do...Complain and say how it is not fair,,,taking rights away. In other words, they are playing the party...and, it is working...because it is not going to be the red tide that they were hoping for.
The only way for the Republicans to win..is to reach out for younger voters...which needs to be inclusive and not take rights away that we have had for years....
For the record..I do not like Biden or his agenda....but, instead of always preaching negativity...there needs to be a positive message.
It is l ike a chess game..and right now, the Republicans are playing right into the Democratic’s strategic plan.
I have always lived by the motto, things happen for a reason....
The only thing I would have done differently....is to appreciate what I had much more than I did. Take a look at the little things in life and smell the roses along the way....much more than I did.

And, I have always thought of you as one of the good guys here. But, most of all, you have always stood up for women and not had to appear as fitting in with the other guys.
It is up to the family...technology can help to reach out to family members far away.
I use it to FaceTime with my son, who is now living in Washington. He gives me tours of the home he is living in...and, the hospital he is now working at....Mount Rainier is visible from the parking lot of the hospital...
I also FaceTime with my great-granddaughter...I have not met her in person..but, I have watched her grow and she always smiles at me...She is a very happy baby.
The rest of my family I see or talk to almost every day.
I agree that senior citizens will be most hurt by the this bill...But not just white and conservative...It will be those living on a fixed income and will not have the luxury of buying new cars or paying more for everything...

DeSantis does not have the governor race in the bag yet...He is neck and neck with Crist in the polls. There will be many first-time voters, who fled to Florida when their states were still in lockdown.
Many believe that DeSantis is too business friendly. Our infrastructure that was bursting at the seams...is now stretched way beyond what it can handle. He has not handled the homeowner’s insurance crisis and stood up to the insurance companies. I know of many people who can not get homeowner’s insurance..or, if they can they are paying 3 to 5 times more than last year....
The villa next door sold for $175,000 more than I paid for mine a year and a half ago...It does sound good..but most of that will go away as the it always does in the real estate market.
Cars have always depreciated as soon as you drive them off the lot....I would never pay more than sticker price.
