If I went out with a 30 something yo, I'd have to have a love child with her. I'd be like 60+ when my kid was 20yo. I really don't want to go back to changing nappies at my age now. But I'm looking forward to doing it when my kids have kids, at least you can give them back.
I found another in depth report on tatties and they love the carisma tatoes boiled as above, but they're not too good fried as they go very soggy absorbing all the oil, they don't roast as well as other potatos either. Got to get myself some from Coles and boil 'em up.
Never heard of then before so I had to google them.
As Australia's first certified low GI potato, Carisma is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to increase the number of low GI foods in your daily diet.
To ensure a low GI result when you cook your Carisma potato, simply follow this method:
1.Wash potatoes. Do not remove skins. 2.Chop potatoes into 1 cm thick slices. 3.Place sliced potatoes into hot (not boiling) water. Then bring water to the boil. 4.Cook potatoes for approximately 4 minutes until 'al dente'. Potatoes should be firm but cooked through. 5.Season to taste and serve immediately
i haven't tried the red wine yet or fresh basil, I add the kg of mixed veggies to bulk up my veggie intake. No capsicum? I love the spag bog you get in Lygon street, yummo.
Seeing men die younger than their female partners, you'd be best to date a cougar rather than be a sugar daddy as your partner will end up alone and single long after you kick the bucket.
Far frm it, but I used to have one of them on Wed, a Vanilla slice on Mon, Coffee Scroll on Tues, Chocolate iced donut Thurs and mud cake on Frid. These days, it's no breaky, brunch at 10:30 - salad sandwich, pear at 2:30 and then tea at 6:00 The one no no I have is at 8:30pm - whole banana cut up with mixed frozen berries and neopolitan ice cream yay. If I feel peckish during the day at all, I just get my Aldi mixed dried fruits/nuts/seeds out and nibble on them.
Just got to replace rice/potatos with brocoli/asparagus/brussel sprouts/cabbage. Give your boys more spuds, just have one for yourself and have a whole bunch of brocoli for yourself. Cooking spagbog, make up a 700ml tupperware container for yourself. Add 1kg of mixed frozen veg, 2 onions, spoon of dried basil, 2 crushed cloves garlic, tin of mushrooms, tin of diced tomatoes, whole capsicum all to 1kg mince steak with your fave pasta sauce. Not much room for the pasta in a 700ml container when you add your bolanaise to it. Spoil yourself and throw some shredded tasty cheese on top.
Chips???? A new kitchen appliance made by Tefal can cook your most loved chips in a spoon of oil using hot air similar to that in an oven. Chips cooked this way have only 3.2g of fat per 150gm serve compared to 39.6g of fat when deep fried. A great idea for peopple who want to avoid cholesterol and heart problems.
They may be healthier, but they are still high in carbohydrates so if you don't use the energy you derive from them, it will add to your weight gain so remember carbs in moderation.
