When visiting Grampa's house, it was customary to come in from the basement door... mostly because we would be coming off a long car ride and that's where we'd pull in the loaded car. It was that cool face full of basement air that told me I was home. Well, that and the 2nd cabinet to the left where Gramma hid the preserved plums and seaweed paper. That was more precious than any candy bar.

Really you two... haven't you ever heard, "you get what you put into it"? Try adjusting that attitude... or just eloping and saving the rest of us happy people from having to witness your sour dispositions.

Many times people forget that you can not walk around expecting love, you must allow it to happen, be thankful when it does and simply give it away sometimes. Don't assume you know it all or you may find that thing called gravity partnered up with Karma & the ground while you were soaring high on your horse.

Snow? HA! I'm running around in shorts... although it looked like it would drop two days ago. In another day, they say it will go all freezing cold again so I guess I better go lay out or something before I have to zip my coat up again. Never fear, I'm sure in 4 days, I'll be laying out again.
