There are lots of songs which make me feel emotional, but not weepy, unless I've had a few too many glasses of red wine! One of my favourites though is My Girl by The Temptations, my first love used to sing it to me many moons ago.
Every country has beautiful women and men, it all depends on personal preferences. Don't you think though that we are all attracted to difference? A foreign accent, different skin colour can often be very alluring.

I think I have the same political views as you, but there are ways and means of putting your point across, especially on the International Forum where you are more likely to upset people. I have learned this over the few months that I have been here. Your views may be accepted more if you post them on the European Forum.
There is an American European divide, particularly regarding this issue, but it can cause misunderstanding and ill-feeling so choose your words carefully, remember you're in the minority on this Forum.
I agree, the same problem applies to cyclists. Fortunately I am able to walk everywhere here in Murcia so I'm pretty safe (until I try to cross the road!).
Never feel obligated to say anything you don't mean or feel. To say 'I love you' shouldn't be taken lightly, but sometimes, it is uttered during love-making thus having an entirely different concept.
I didn't say he was bad looking! But Anne Bancroft was a stunner right up until the day she died. What I was trying to say was that men shouldn't be intimidated, (nor do I think most men are for that matter), because most women, however 'beautiful' they may be, value more than superficial physical attributes.
Can't believe that, Anne Bancroft was a beautiful woman and Mel Brooks, well, hardly Hollywood good looks. I think she married him because he made her laugh, lots of women value a sense of humour in a man very highly.
