I'm the dark as to why this is going on between these two. Maybe I haven't been following this part of the news, but as it has escalated...makes me wonder what the real issue is.
Is this one being a bully towards the other, just because they can? For the sake of good for all, or another selfish action for their own sake?
If someone could enlighten me on the issues, of why or why not...I would appreciate it.
Yes...Bush and Obama have done things from their past(and that should have eliminated them to start with)...but why is it so damn hard to find someone to run or be elected that is not already corrupt?
Even though he admitted it...the public(Democrats)and media, found a way to "hush" it up...and push it out of the way(under the rug)! Out of site, out of mind. Why did so many look for a way for it to be OK?
The original question was related to Obama's own personal decisions, not of a political nature.
I understand what your saying about Bush's actions after reaching office.
I was asking about Obama's actions, before being elected. You can bet, that if you or I had done drugs in the past...we wouldn't be allowed to run for president...much less anything else.
So, what your saying is, if he murdered someone...it was a mistake, and we/he just leave it behind, and not do it anymore, then it is OK now? Something wrong with that!

Your right in handling the situation in the manner you did. I would not have brought a dog with me on an initial visit...poor decision(JMO).
It's common for your dog to be the dominate pooch, in his home...when a new dog shows up. I would have left my dog at home, especially on a 1st visit...to see how things would go.
I think the added dog visit, was added stress on you and your dog. Especially sense his was chaotic, and that would be expected in the puppy behavior.
It is good that you have added a good friend to your life. Just hang in there till your "Mr Right" comes along. I'm aware of what you say about the 7 year thing...I'm like that myself(maybe too picky on my part)!
OK, Happy New Year coming up...and you'll do just fine...God bless you and yours.
Glad you found a new friend, and wish the best for the both of you. But, one should not approach a possible relationship with so much expectation, especially after you have at least met...to see what the chemistry is like. We can't all be the others match, for many different reasons. To find your match(men and women), is a lot like a combination lock...it has to have the right combination to unlock your hearts. JMO
