Kosher sutra? Found in the great kosher salt flats of the Thar Desert I bet. laugh

RE: MARRIAGE

A marriage license is only as good as the souls it is imprinted on. angel cool

RE: HERE WE GO, IS GOD THAT SMART?

She has a talent for making assets out of liabilities. In truth, I was joking. I actually admire this quality in her. Her weight, her color, her lifestyle, all became marketable assets instead of what mainstream would consider liabilities via her creative re-definition of reality.

Good application of personal empowerment in my opinion.

RE: HERE WE GO, IS GOD THAT SMART?

Because you cannot prove a negative. If God was so smart, why did he invent Oprah?

RE: HERE WE GO, IS GOD THAT SMART?

God's not so smart *assuming for one second that He actually exists* but He's one hell of a comedian.

He made:

1) the platypus,
2) the giraffe,
and
3) the mold on a slice of bread you didn't see until you've bit into the sandwich.

Yeah. Funny guy. laugh

RE: Any big plans for the weekend, anyone?

There's grass to watch grow, and then paint to watch dry, and then as a finale there's sheep to watch jumping over a fence.

Yeah, I know. I'm such an exciting guy. cool

RE: Who is dating who here in CS?

My dad told me once that there were no physical frontiers left except two, outer space and the human experience of mind. I'm not fit to mine gold on Ganymede so I'll just have to look within. My people have gone as far West as a man can go, now its time to look at finding a TARDIS. laugh head banger

RE: Who is dating who here in CS?

Whoever you go, therever you are...tip hat

RE: Who is dating who here in CS?

Yet another quantum leap perhaps? laugh cheers

RE: BEST ALL GIRL BAND OF ALL TIME

Sleater-Kinney or the Indigo Girls. Possibly L-7.

Okay so I'm not much for contemporary mainstream music. I've always been more into Indie groups. laugh

RE: Where should your loyalty lie?

Just remember that change is inevitable, and good things short-term can be bad things long-term. The fact that this person is your friend is far more valuable, long-term, than any relationship you might build with any particular corporate leviathan.

I foresee an age of small-business explosion as the backlash from corporate practices begins to filter back up from the bottom rungs of the economy and these sociopathic entities known as corporations begin to get the message that the most important resource they have is their people, and that their self-interest is best served by catering to the self-interest of their customers and employees, rather than treating both as dupes and dollar signs.

RE: Where should your loyalty lie?

Companies don't like to forewarn their employees about potential job loss because it affects their work performance. If you knew you had only two weeks left, would you care about your performance?

On Friday, April 13th, 2009 my company cut sixty jobs in my department without any notice. I have now witnessed to purging of the Knights Templar within my own organization, and I have absolutely no respect left for the world's corporations. If people mean nothing and the only thing important is the bottom line, sooner or later the short-term thinking will lead to long term, permanent demise.

Unless, of course, we keep letting them get welfare from us in the form of bailouts.

Funny how the rich believe in social Darwinism up until the time they suffer from it themselves. And then, of course, the rules change. All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.

RE: Who is dating who here in CS?

Not everyone. I could think of a couple members who'd enjoy seeing me run over by a bus, but, meh, that's their problem. dunno grin cool

Butyric acid my friend. It stinks to high hell, and doesn't blow the plumbing. laugh cheers

RE: How many US American's believe that the US should keep to themselves?

Raising the standard of living for other countries just brings our standard of living down. "Americanism" should be practiced, rather than just talked about. What's got the world up in arms is we can't see why other people don't want to be like us. Look around. I don't want want to be like us either. doh

This opinion brought to you by Mastercard. Don't leave home without it. Somebody needs to steal an identity today.

RE: Is it possible for a man to love a woman forever?

No! Forever is a long time and the body isn't prepared to sustain forever. Do I believe bonds can be made at the energetic level, yes, but memory is a good part of love and that stays with the body.

RE: have you ever had a near death experience??

I had a near-life experience one time. I nearly got a life. Does that count? confused
