Reference to me "basking in my own glory" is not a compliment Tul...it is a reference to arrogance and self-importance, which I abhor...most of what I contribute here is not generally self-referencing...my threads usually are issues which invite people to contribute their own opinions...I have no need, outside of humour, to make references to myself. I use myself as an object of humour, mainly because it is unacceptable to make fun of other people...
That's my gut feel too....but we have to recognise that society is changing...I personally believe that in future we will all connect and communicate over social networking sites like this....CS will "morph" into a networking and social interaction site, with dating included....
I have a question...personally, if I found someone, and got wrapped up in a new relationship....my considered guess is, you guys really wouldn't see much of me here....
So how come there are other well-publicised hook-ups, and these people still spend a good chunk of their free time on CS?...
No judgements, no criticism to anybody personally, but if I had a relationship in real life, my desire, motivation and reason to be here, would evaporate rather quickly....but hey, that's just me. What about you??....When YOU find that ONE and ONLY, how much of you are we likely to see here??

Keeping me single??...that's tough one.....recent events have given me suspicion to suspect that my crippling gas attacks, brought on by my diet of baked onions with parmesan cheese and raw garlic, may be the culprit....to all interested potential partners out there...

I just spoke to Radders...he has been moved to a bed in the general reception area of the Zürich hospital because of complaints received by two nurses, who said that he pinched their bottoms while they weren't looking, and then pretended to be sleeping....so now they have given him a clown mask, and have asked him to be an animator for patients waiting to be checked in...so if you see a man in pyjamas riding a unicycle and telling fart jokes, that'll be our Radders...
So there I'm lying, on my litle rocky outpost, sunning myself and I see this pidgeon flying (rare in Malta)....it's flying straight as a bee towards the island of Comino...So logically I thought, "Hmmmm, it going home to it's nest to roost"....But no, after a minute it does a left turn and circles all the way around, and then flies back in the opposite direction. Now what was that all about??...Did it suddenly think, "Oh, forgot my doorkeys, better go back!"...
Same thing with flies.....you watch a fly flying in the centre of the room....it's flight pattern is a rectangle....and it goes on and on and on....why on earth does it keep flying in circles??...
So, what are pidgeons thinking, and what are flies thinking, when they are flying in circles??...
