Oh come on, Euphoria. Some of us objectively are simply marvelous! No one else but ourselves can furnish the final verdict on that. Who cares about other people anyway?
Hell, Oslo, you ARE young! You're scarcely a baby, girl! And guys always respond to your posts, just as they do with most of the women here, including Kitty.
Okay, well, I admit you might raise my heart rate for other reasons, Rose. I suppose if you got nosy and hiked my rent in addition, my heart would never survive...
I like the older women here quite a lot (not sure what you mean by "old ones"; most of the women in the forums are at most middle-aged).
The younger women I like here are appreciated mostly because of their unique personalities and character. I'm never going to have any kind of romantic relationship with them, so what else matters?
Uuhhhh...errrr...I think I may avoid mirrors for the rest of the day, Bajan. But thanks for your painfully gorgeous paean to the wild child in all of us middle-aged and elderly types...
I have to believe you lay there flat-stomached, dress tastefully but provocatively arranged about your bare thighs, waiting with unconscious flair and style for your rescuers...
Hmmm...Mythos or Keystone Lite... I always thought Keystone Lite, despite it's exquisitely retched taste, had a mythically resonant name, like some underweight keymaker forging his craft on a stone (or while stoned?).
But I have to admit, Athens, "Mythos" would probably win the imaginative and evocative nod from me (and I have to believe it tastes better!).
Though it's true that when I fell off my bike this summer in the middle of an intersection, I did entertain vague worries about not wearing a jockstrap that morning...
I miss my youngest son (across the country in the den of iniquity - California), and also a very dear friend from CS to whom I had a strikingly similar connection. Small world, huh, Athens?
I think you do an excellent service showing the kindness of strangers in a strange land, Athens, but next time could you do that without gashing your head? Makes me queasy thinking of it.
It is essential to know and discuss those things, imo. It's the only way a strong and honest foundation for a relationship can be established. Otherwise, it's like attempting to build a skyscraper on a base of matchsticks...
It's the weirdest thing. I measured myself recently, and came up with this rather chilling length-figure: 6.666"! No wonder the girls always make the sign of the cross when I unveil myself. I always thought they were being worshipful or something...
Yeah, Indy, I auditioned for that show in drag -- I was trying out for one of the jailbait girls -- and when they demanded that I shave my beard, I declined. Even a faux lady has her/his pride!
Damn. I can't decide whether to be incredibly flattered (think Suzanne Somers is VERY hot!), or be unbearably insulted. But thanks for your thoughts, Wall!
Women are generally perceived to be more nuturing/empathetic than men, and so are judged by a different standard. For a woman to behave as aggressively as an aggressive (alpha-type) male, the presumption is that she would need to travel further from her "female nature" to achieve that, and thus would tend to be awarded a more extreme status than would a male.
Though I think there's some truth to that perception, I don't believe it logically implies anything negative about an aggressive woman's character. There are bound to be women who are as assertive as men, and as long as they act ethically, their actions shouldn't, in my judgment, be viewed prejudicially.
To underscore my claim that some here "lack an interest in attracting" people, I know of at least woman who would be utterly besieged by suitors because of her looks, and would prefer to avoid that.
RE: What's the single most unattractive thing you see in profiles?
