hi-ya Pretzelman, You can get speakers at the store for about 5 bucks, so that can't be it. I have several sets here including 5.1 surround sound never used, that I'll probably never use and you're welcome to them. Do I send them to Pretzelman c/o the Golden Nugget Casino, The Strip, Las Vegas NV?
Countries with strong economies haven't joined the Euro, for example Denmark and Sweden and Norway, and Norway didn't join the EU either (didn't want to share their wealth)!
So countries will presumably do what they perceive to be in their best interest, though what that is is hotly debated!
All of the things that a person could change or work on are OK, such as acne, which can strike anybody. Unattractive face: well that's at least in part a perception. Unattractive body: yes a person could work on that, at least to some extent. Farting, body odour, extreme ignorance, loud,: immediate turnoff.
Yeah I worked with Japanese a lot, for many years.
As to what I think of the above, all I can say is: effin B****cks!
Btw they and the Chinese (don't know about the Koreans) believe that the number 4 is unlucky. Many hotels therefore don't have a 4th floor. The number 4 in both languages sounds like the word for death (si or shi).
Personally I think the banking bailout is necessary to prevent the collapse of the banking system and with that the freezing up of the capitalist system on which we all depend, Americans and I guess just about everyone else on the planet. The problem with bailing out the automobile industry is that it has failed in the marketplace. Thus there is no alternative to very substantial job losses and very considerable downsizing of the big 3. Big 3 dinosaurs, more like. A massive cash injection would only make sense if its purpose was to ease the pain while this was taking place. This unprecedented step is apparently what the US leaders had in mind. Those who rant about socialism apparently could care less about the fate of the auto workers.
I read that the mayor of Sofia would replace the top officials with non-Bulgarians, appointed by the EU. (If he were the President, which he's not, of course)
RE: I am an Aussie and a new citizen of the EU community - where to from here?
Benvenuta in Europa.
