I love all the months of the year as they all bring something new in their own inimitable way.When I get to the end of the 12 months I then can thank God for getting me through another wonderful year.Don't you just love getting old
40+ degrees here,very high humidity and thats most of July and August!!!!!!! After 7 years it's wearing.OK for the hols but permanently it can wear you out. I can't wait for a rainy day in the U.K.
An interesting and thought provoking thread. I left the U.K. for an adventure in Spain which I have enjoyed for the past 7 years.I have now decided to sell up and return to my roots,family and friends for the last stage of my life.It has been fun but as you stated " home sweet home" this is where I want end my days with people whom I love around me. The weather is not as important as what is in my heart.
Exactly the comment I made on the previous thread.In"real"life you can have outside influence which can be controlling of one or both parties,but on a C.S. singles site where your every move is documented in detail! Yes the pen is mightier than the sword,but there must surely be an underlying factor to have caused the rift.I still feel for Sommer none the less ,but it was a very "public" affair and as such open to comments. Maybe we can all learn a lesson on what we reveal to people on this site.J.M.O.
No Steve, just going back to family and friends.Been here 7 years had some fun and raised money for Animals in Need and a World Wide Childrens Fund so will hopefully do my bit in the U.K.
Thanks you guys.I'm a busy little bee and enjoy fund raising for charities so "leisure" doesn't spring to mind.The spirits willing but the flesh is a bit on the weak side.

Whilst I agree with you in principle,I have to say that in some cases it DOES matter what is said to other people on these threads.Consideration of other people's feelings and opinions should always be paramount when posting.Unfortunately it very rarely is!
Just try selling your property in Spain at the moment! B.B.V.A. reckons that prices will drop by 25% in the next year.Impossible to get a mortgage unless you buy from the Bank's ever growing stock. Anyone want to buy a lovely apartment?
