I guess most of these pampered pooches if they could have their say would prefer to be treated with respect instead of decked out to the nines in designer gear.
These sad people need to go work in a soup kitchen or feed the poor homeless people in the streets to get a grip on life. What Paris Hilton spends pampering her animals would feed many thousands of the homeles people in the States ,and she is only one of many with careless regard to poverty.I hate people who flaunt their wealth in this fashion and have the greatest sympathy with thier "designer animals" too.

It may be love that you feel, or just the feeling of being needed which can sometimes alter your perception .This lady does not love you I.M.O. You are her crutch in her sad life, and she thinks that you will always be there to pick up the pieces, put a plaster on her wounds, let her return to where she wants to be ,until the next time. I would say that you are being abused by her and time to get out and on with your own life.While you are "involved" with this person you are open to receive real love in your own life.
I would understand him wanting to continue with his life under such sad circumstances,but he has family who KNOW their Mother is alive.Imagine how they would have felt if they had known their Father was on a dating site advertising himself as a widow.
At least have some standards of decency when "advertising" on these sites.J.M.O.

No fishing for me ,but the sea fishermen in Spain often give me a fresh lubina or dorada if Im in the Port when the boat comes in! Nothing like fresh caught grilled fish.
Animals and children every time. Just to see a child's face light up with hapiness, or a dog wag it's tail at the sight of its owner.That special lick you receive when you get home from your trusted 4 legged friends.Does it for me every time.
I'm an ex smoker too but not in to telling others what to do with their lives.I had hypno therapy and it worked and I don't regret it one iota.I gave up when I was 60 and am now 69 so my lungs should be smoke free after 10 years as that's how long they reckon it takes .Thanks for the chat tonight its been good to read your points of view.
It is about choice and it is hard to give up.My friend who has a terrible cough through smoking has just paid 100 euros for treatment to give up smoking. She only managed 4 days before she was back on them again.
Have to agree with your post.My ex has just died with metastatic lung cancer.He was a smoker so basically self inflicted.However another dear friend has just passed away at a young age with the same complaint and she never smoked. I don't want to dictate how people live their lives but it is a deadly addiction and a killer.
Here in Spain there are many sights for mud baths.In San pedro del Pinatar there is a lagoon where you put the mud all over and leave to dry in the sun for half an hour before you wash it off .The smell is horrendous but the results are amazing.Many people have cured arthritic limbs and other ailments by this method.
I wouldn't want to erase the mistakes that I have made in life.They are there to remind me of how things should or could have been,and have helped me to grow into the person I am today.I think that I am stronger and happier for all "learning curves" in my life.
When I wake up in the morning and face another day.Now that's what I call lucky.Another chance to see the grandchildren,have a coffee with friends,help a neighbour,walk the dog.All the simple things in life that we take for granted.
