Good for you! Dieting is not an easy thing to do. I am neither big or small. I am what you call hour glass shaped In defense of my pic on my profile I do have a big wool sweater tied around my waiste What I do is I eat alot of veggies and fruits and only small amounts of meat and dairy. I very seldom eat fried foods. I don't like how they smell cooking I usually bake broil or grill my meat. I very seldom go into fast food places. And people get impatient with me when I do because I do not have the menu memorized, so I hate going where I feel rushed I eat often. Every couple of hours some days. That way I am not so hungry that I would just grab anything to satisfy my hunger. As far as exercise goes I am poor and work a physical job so that takes care of that. I do what most people would hire people to do around the house. And then five days a week at work I am lifting, bending stretching and running my legs off. Health to me is the most important thing. And I know at my age my job keeps me limber. And in shape. You seem motivated so I am sure you will do good.

I don't think anyone likes wars. Sometimes I do believe they are necessary. When one faces evil to try and stop it are they a hero or are they evil? And whom is to decide who is evil and who is the hero? Trying getting millions of people to agree with one thing and be happy is impossible in my opinion. I believe that if our government feels another war is necessary then they will make a way to afford it. Nuclear weapons are a terrible thing to be in the wrong hands. But are there any right hands for them? Whom would decide who the right hands would be? Someone years ago let the genie out of the bottle. Now not such an easy thing to put back in. I can honestly say if you think that Americans want another war you are wrong. I do not walk down the streets and see them thirsting for war. I know oil is important to a lot of people American and non American. But in truth people survived for eons without it, and could again if need be. But just turn loose the nuclear weapons and see what the future would hold.

Some people have difficulty showing their feelings. It just is. Some will show it everyday. I was lucky. A friend asked me one time about remarrying, and I asked her where did she think I could find a man who wakes up every morning and the first thought on his mind is how can he make my day a good one It is funny I have heard that women like bad boys and do not like a man that is really nice. So you would of thought I would of walked all over this man. But the truth is I loved him more than anything. I loved the very air he breathed. We showed each other daily not so much as with gifts but with actions in our daily lives toward each other. So valentines day is nice but so is every other day. And if you have someone who has a hard time showing their feelings I am sure there is something keeping you with that persons so except them for who they are. And remember actions speak louder than words

If you doubt your ability to spot a scammer then read up on scammers. Also yes some from far away do start up conversations and not all are scammers. It could be many reasons they disappear. Fear? Knowing they cannot go to the next step, it is very expensive to actually be able to have a tactile long distance relationship. The question of travel expense, what if we want to be together, whose country? Many reasons. But if you are open to trying to work those things out. By all means remain open to far away relationships. Not an easy task but it is doable. There are some out there who are open enough to give it a try. Don't be discouraged. Keep trying

I actually have wondered what is suppose to be before them. But I am very unknowledgeable on this subject so it is only a fleeting thought. But I am curious if you can really find the answer here in a thread I will keep checking back. Just wanted you to know you are not alone in this thought.

As I was just now chasing the dog across the yard in the cold I had a memory jog. I have seen videos of a few of the forum users posted on here in a thread. It was something they were doing at the time and shared the event with us It took me a long time just to post a pic. But as what was said when I think back in my wedding video I look better than in my pics So maybe video is the way to go. I have nothing to video with here at the house just never held my interest. But I have children that do
