It pains me to think of how I can go to a grocery store every week and buy meat, milk or eggs, and not worry about where my next meal will come from... and how children in other parts of the world never have enough to eat and are always hungry... and how a $25 gift can buy chickens, ducks or goats that would provide food and income to support their family. Anyway, now at Christmas time, we're all looking for something special for gifts for each other and its hard to find, especially for people on your list who seem (or say) they have everything they need. Please consider donating a farm animal to a child and family through World Vision, as a gift in the name, honor, or memory of your loved one. Some of us have so much, and we have need of so little. A gift as simple as a chicken or goat for a child in another part of the world would mean so much, and would be a gift that keeps on giving.
