Now Hear This!

The day I was born, was Monday...not untill I retired
I started to love Mondays...today, I don't like Sundays
This day of the week, is so boring, streets are empty
no one around, not even a monkey...I used to go to church
on Sundays...now, my church are coffee shops, of course
with wi-fi available...yes, I'm stable, or so they say.

THE CAUSE CONTINUED

So it was that the will of the people gave way to the consent, and so they declared their Independence and Freedom from Absolute Rule and Power, mutually pledging their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred Honor.

"We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name and by the authority of the good people of these colonies solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES; that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British crown and that all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain is, and ought to be, totally dissolved; and that, as free and independent states, they have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

Last paragraph, Declaration of Independence

Indeed, a long and bloody war soon followed, casualties of immense proportions were suffered upon by both sides. Each battling with courage and valor, soldiers in combat, and identical in respect for one another.Freedom,in the end and as it should be, was justified with honorable means. So a new nation was born, with a populace that understood any society which strives to be righteous, must be a governed society, with a form of order, whereas for certainty, that the will and power of the people will not be usurped.Henceforth, they made certain that their new nation, created by the people, for the people, and of the people, set firm laws so as to the will of the people would always overpower the want of special interests.

Fact

In California, it is against the law to home school your own child unless you have a teacher accreditation.

A California appeals court ruling clamping down on homeschooling by parents without teaching credentials sent shock waves across the state this week, leaving an estimated 166,000 children as possible truants and their parents at risk of prosecution.

Yet the appeals court said state law has been clear since at least 1953, when another appellate court rejected a challenge by homeschooling parents to California's compulsory education statutes. Those statutes require children ages 6 to 18 to attend a full-time day school, either public or private, or to be instructed by a tutor who holds a state credential for the child's grade level.

This is only one example of the direct contradiction this is to the principles of what America was founded upon. Not only is freedom of choice stripped away, your child basically becomes a ward of the state .this country was formed to escape this type of control. Am I the only one who see's that the abuse of power has gotten way beyond our rights as a people? I argue not theology, philosophy, or conspiracy. I do not think our government is out to get me. I certainly do not believe I can change the world. Nor do I profess to be so wise as to say I have all the answers. What I offer is this:

Becoming a wolf

Some people turn into a wolf when the moon is full, but most people don’t. So what can we do to increase our chances of becoming a wolf at full moon. Well, it turns out there is nothing we can do. Most of us must just accept that we will never be a wolf, and that’s all there is to it.

I thought long and hard before posting this blog, and still got it wrong.

How old are we really ...

Lighting the fire during a cold winter evening a resident of Vladivostok found a rail-shaped metal detail which was pressed in one of the pieces of coal that the man used to heat his home. Mesmerized by his discovery, the responsible citizen decided to seek help from the scientists of Primorye region.

After the metal object was studied by the leading experts the man was shocked to learn about the assumed age of his discovery. The metal detail was supposedly 300 million years old and yet the scientists suggest that it was not created by nature but was rather manufactured by someone. The question of who might have made an aluminum gear in the dawn of time remains unanswered.

Rice Pudding

I haven’t had home made rice pudding since I was a child, but that’s about to change. I have got one in the oven as I write. My excitement is growing as tangibly as the skin that is forming on the surface of my pudding. I just wish I had a pair of short trousers to wear when I eat it; that would really add the authentic touch to my trip back in time to those carefree childhood days.

They say that real men don’t eat rice pudding. Well I say be damned with being a real man, and give me the pudding.

I’ll report back later, providing I am not served other deserts in the meantime.

Appeals Court Throws Out Democrat's "Emoluments" Lawsuit Against President Trump. They LOSE AGAIN!!!

President Trump can't stop winning and the Democrats can't stop losing. A federal appeals court today threw out the Democrat's stupid "Emoluments" lawsuit against President Trump. One more attempt to harass and overthrow the President of the United States so that the Democrats choose who the president will be and not the American people BITES THE DUST.

The Democrats coup attempt is DEAD. And so are their hopes for any chance in the 2020 elections.

It's kind of sad don't you think? Should there be a mercy rule in politics?
