Of course there is a major colossal effect on the earth itself. If the destruction raked on the Atomic bomb had caused so much mutation within its range, imagine that now on a larger scale?

Question is, if Russia is pulling us out of our focus on her intentions for the greater glory, then perhaps forget about her aggression on the Ukraine. Maybe a real tactic should be applied as to its objective?

Speculations can burn a brick wall, but isn't the reason why some nuclear research processors in the world are quite being eliminated by accidents? ie Chernobyl and Japan?
