There's a lot of dough in pizza...

This round I did a switch.
I wanted to try something sweet... but I didn't have any cream cheese.
Fresh mango, yogurt, honey, mozzarella cheese, pizza dough.
It was okay, but after I realized I forgot butter !

The side split getting it into the pan so some mango juice oozed out.

So, basicly, whatever was left in the fridge ? laugh
Chatillion ~ I bought Cream cheese today. Be careful on this site what you say about pizza and particularly cheese . Ask Harb. scold laugh
Jim, yes... I didn't go out for this. Next time we go shopping, I'll be sure to get cream cheese.
We used to buy the guava & cream cheese pastry but stopped as it was loaded with sugar.
vix, does Harb have an issue with pizza?
I like lots of cheese on mine.
Chat. Nope but some have and Harb would concur I suspect that it's an explosive issue around here laugh I am sorry I can't elaborate on that. It relates to a Blog written recently.
Sorry, didn't mean to be rude. I love Pizza and also lots of cheese on the top. Mango juice sounds just yummy. You are obviously a good cook thumbs up pizza
I was looking for readymade pastry today at the supermarket and for the first time ever noticed a roll-up pizza base, I'd never seen such a thing before. So guess what I'm trying for supper tonight - but no, not sweet like yours, it will be a conventional cheese ham tomato and whatever else I can find in the fridge, drizzled with olive oil laugh

I've tried regular pizza bases before but always found them a bit thick and chunky.
viv, we did conventional pizza a few times and I wanted something sweet. That was the basis for the experiment last night.

I used refrigerated dough that's packaged in rolls. The company here is Pillsbury. Making garlic rolls, the thick crust dough worked best for me.

Bear, real cheese... thumbs up

vix, you weren't rude. I didn't have any background to Harb's cheese story.
