SAN FRANCISCO (The Borowitz Report)—Servers belonging to the social-media platform Twitter burst into flames on Thursday, after the company attempted to fact-check all of Donald Trump’s tweets.
“We knew that fact-checking Trump’s tweets was going to put a strain on our system,” Jack Dorsey, the C.E.O. of Twitter, said. “We had no idea that it would result in columns of fire shooting forty feet into the air.”
Reportedly, an explosion in the server fact-checking Trump’s tweets about Joe Scarborough ignited a blaze that quickly spread to a server furiously vetting his tweets about Barack Obama.
Fire trucks rushed to Twitter headquarters to extinguish the inferno, which San Francisco officials called the largest fact-checking-related fire incident in the city’s history.
While no one was injured in the conflagration, Dorsey quietly shelved plans to fact-check all of Donald Trump, Jr.,’s tweets.

Well, Trump's pants have been on fire in Politico for years.
I suppose it was just a matter of time, before the winds of change
spread the flames elsewhere.

Whether something is “substantial" is in the eye of the beholder.
While they joke about twitter servers and "fact checking":
He did it in person in a voting machine.
So no, it isn't an example in this instance.
Again, the amount of voter fraud is not significant.
Every person who dies from Covid-19 is very significant to their family.
Get your priorities straight.
#1. The song is way too repititious in both lyrics and #2. melody.
#3. It's also not clearly indicated what exactly was the problem with his relationship in the song. Indeed, the only thing of any interest is that ring of fire,
which is repeated ad nauseum.
When I was a kid, I used to do a fairly good imitation of his monotone voice and jokingly sing that song for my mom and get her laughing.
I haven't done the imitation in many decades. I might be even better at it now.
Not sure.
But, just for you, here it is unadulterated from the official site;
With the gathered information and every thing in the works, the covid scare is unjustified. Being politicized is even more unjustified. As I said before, they're starting to put it in per capita terms as well as having to roll back very large discrepencies in the reporting.
No reason to let the demonrats commit more harm than they already have. Maybe that incident in Jersey should be a wake up. The one with the mail packages that may not have been able to be traced if they weren't bundled.
Time and again they say flat out that they can't trace the amount of fraud taking place. That's largely because the states only get audited when demonrats lose and demand a recount. Then they lose again as more fraud is discovered. It happened in my state.
That's like 2 Vietnam wars condensed into 5 months.
