My Favourite Place

Last year whilst walking through a local park I made a lovely discovery. There is a really beautiful valley behind it. It's a place where people can walk their dogs without the noise of traffic or the bother of crossing roads. A place where people can safely let their dogs off their leads. It has a wonderful abundance of nature, various bird species including sparrow hawks and kestrals. Early in the morning there are rabbits and foxes and if you're lucky you might spot a badger, hedgehog or squirrel. I have a couple of photos of this place on my profile. I find this is somewhere where I can find peace. It has a wonderful feeling of calm about it and the people who walk through it are so friendly. I love animals so when people's dogs come and greet me I don't mind. Because I work I have cats, birds, a turtle and fish. Like later on today I walk through this valley on my way to work as I find it sets me up in a positive frame of mind for my shift. It is so nice to have this special place. Have a good day everyone.

that's sounds peaceful.

i have alot of places like that i got to seeing the animals and birds makes your heart feel good.

the badger is one of my favorite animals . their tough little animals

they don't back down from anything i like watching nature n animal documentaries i lvd the badger one i seen him backing down a 700 pound grizzly .

and their so smart n tenacious really an amazing animal they all are .. nice blog..
