I AM SO SICK AND TIRED

I am so sick and tired of this and its getting pretty irritating to read blog after blog after blog about..........people complaining about being sick and tired of reading other people's blogs!!

well its time to plant out garlic as the shortest day has been

did you know that the best way to kill garlic is to over cook it , 2 minutes in a pan is great any more and its dead , so rember dont add it till the last 2 mins of cooking time

at least I can do the dishes , and a good mixing and well ground by hand to bring a freshness to the flavours and the aromour to our house , like when you go to someone elses house and just as you go in , you get a wife and think , what are they cooking , cabbage till its burnt

Virgo, Garlic is like olive oil and butter, it gets bitter if you overcook it or burn it . It also has slightly diferent effects the way you add it . If you finly chop it ( for soups, stews, sauces, etc. ) it will leach out it's flavor slower than if you mash it . If you pre mix it with oils or wine or herbs and keep it in the refrigerator for cullenary purposes it will not be as intence . Bob apartief . .. . . . . . . . the ( now cullenary ) Black Knight . .
