And doing so for what purpose/interest?
It's not really touched upon in your 'End Times' vid, but many of the issues & concerns raised about HAARP bear an uncanny and undeniable(!) resemblance to events described in Revelation.
Whatever one's take on religion, prophecy, end times...whatever -
the similarities ARE there.
One may explain it away as coincidence or...whatever.
But one cannot honsetly say the similarities do not exist.
That option is simply not on the table
