Just got back from an incredible 3 week trip around Ireland. I finished chatting with an old friend on the phone and decided to get back to my exercise routine. 45 min workout left me exhausted but I still had some housework to do. I collected the kids clothes and was bending over loading the washing machine when it happened. I felt my stomach and my thighs flex and contract, quiver and then oooohhhhhh .. it happened!It had never happened to me like that before.
Why did it happen? and more importantly how can I make it happen again.

You don't need someone living in another country who only visits once or twice a year.

ahh it's one of the old ones, he came here, we dated twice, he couldn't come back, we called it quits, we stopped talking for many months...then a couple of months ago, he contacted me again, said he couldn't forget me , never stopped thinking and loving me and wants to pick up the pieces where we left off , planning to come back here as soon as he can, he still got a year left in his schooling so it's kinda tough...he wants me to be serious , he wants exclussive relationship, whatever that means ....and I don't know if I can do that

crazy is one who is really crazy...but its highly improbable that your night could be stressful.
UnFayed, nice to see you on the blogs. You don't know me but just let me tell you a secret. I didn't really have one, was just reading about it and thought I would come and blog as I'm on holidays. Some people say it doesn't really happen, but other women confirm it does and love going to the gym because of it. Maybe if I had them I would be encouraged to go to the gym.
